I have never ever had any issues with this bank! Best bank, I’d recommend! Online does get wonky sometimes but they always get it fixed and it’s better than other banks I’ve dealt with. Great customer service!! Great employees!!

In 3 years I have never had a bad experience or any other issues. Drive thru staff usually changes but they are always kind and knowledgable. Breanna and Linda have always been great too!

These guys bought Great Western Bank, who we used for about 15 years. GWB had free ATM’s nationwide and would reimburse any fees at non-member ATM’s. Great Western was better.

Don't bother choosing this incompetent bank for opening an account.
After dragging you through what would seem to be a Russian interrogation
dance, to open a simple business account, the 'new accounts ' agent projects her ignorance, and unsophisticated methodology on you.
Many better choices !!!

I would highly suggest not using this Bank. While the staff is friendly, their online banking technology is the worst I've ever experienced and their business practices don't suggest they value their reputation in the Loveland community.
