We can always find just what we need and a lot of fun extras. We added a few things to our Christmas list, too. Kohls cash is a great bonus.

Nice place. Had a few things I needed. Veterans Day discount didn’t apply to anything we purchased, but we still had an overall good experience.

Went there for tennis shoes and was able to find 2 pairs very quickly and they were very reasonably priced I definitely recommend anyone to go there if you're in need of very reasonably priced name brands Nike, Fila,u/a etc etc.

Help with Amazon packages and do a good job doing so. It feels like this Store is meant for a higher class of folks. That's just an opinion though. For the offer business to all. But we all know you don't find Walmart folks at kohls very often.

Only visited to return an Amazon purchase, but Customer Service Rep was so nice, I shopped until I found something to buy

Lucy was very patient, sweet, and extremely helpful. She asked us if we wanted to grab another shirt that was on sale if you purchased 2, way to be engaged with the customer! Great experience!

I forgot that I had earned Kohls cash and the cashier asked if I wanted to use it when she scanned my app! Awesome customer service! Thank you!

I'm adjusting my review from negative to positive today. In the past, I could never get help, and the store seemed almost abandoned. Today was much better. They actually have plenty of people covering the store. They were helpful, and I found the shirts I needed at a reasonable price.

Great people, fair deals! I go there once a week on Wednesdays to see what they’ve got. That’s new.!

I can’t thank Amanda enough for her help with a pick-up order I came to get on the morning of Christmas Eve. She went above and beyond to help me. I mistakenly thought I purchased an item for curbside pick-up. When I went to pick my items up, I realized that I was supposed to enter the store for an in person pick-up. This would have been fine if I hadn’t been sick. Amanda was so kind and offered to still bring my items out to me. Thank you Amanda, you’re the best!!

Kohl's in Loveland has become my go-to spot for Amazon returns, and I couldn't be happier with the convenience they provide. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the return process seamless. Beyond that, Kohl's offers a great selection of products and fantastic deals. Highly recommended for all your shopping needs!

Kohl's is one of my favorite stores. Employees are friendly and helpful. I love that the store is a department store but small which allows me time to look throughout the store each time I go. I like that the displays are well set up, interesting and attractive. It is priced right and if you catch the sales prices are very good. The cashier's are very good to help you get your best price at check out. Because of your location wish you had a lounge with coffee bar where people could meet and take a break.

This is the best place for Amazon returns. I've always had good service and the coupons are great.

I only had two days before leaving for California and luckily I was able to find 5 pairs of pants that I desperately needed! I am so grateful for this store!

Made a very quick & easy Amazon return. My only complaint is that the returns are all the way at the back of the store, which is a bummer when carrying a large, heavy box.
