Jim, Andrew and Justin from the Loveland store were amazing. The third party delivery service SUCKED!!! They wouldn't bring it into my basement so they put it in the garage. It needed to be inside to acclimate, but they wouldn't come back and bring it into my house!
Jim and Justin came from work to bring it inside to my basement. They went above to make this right since the delivery company didn't do their job.

Bravo, Lowe's!! Our refrigerator died Saturday and in less than 24 hours you had a new one delivered and installed. Nobody else could even come close in delivery time. The guys who delivered were professional, on time and done quickly. Great job!

Lowe's really goes above and beyond! The customer service cannot be beat! Diane Warnock spent a lot of time helping me do some price comparisons for a product I was looking for and really took the time to make sure I got all the information I needed- even remembering allnof my concerns and anticipating my needs! She deserves special commendation and a raise!

Recently bought ARMORPOXY from this store. It is first off the best Lowe’s I have ever shopped at, always have friendly staff and great deals! Also I would highly recommend ARMORPOXY to anyone doing epoxy flooring! Easy to use and solid product!

If they sold toys and had a pharmacy, it would be a Walmart. Although:
Many of the items in THIS store originated in non-China countries.
Ample parking, wheelchair accessible entries.
Well-lit store.
This facility was not burdened with an excess of helpful hardware men. Took a minute to locate an eye to catch for to inquire of a product's location .
Not by any means an Warren Olney original, nonetheless I bought a Mexican-made corn broom from the wide selection (1) model available.... It's corn straw and a stick, America. Why can't I buy an American Corn Broom?
Anyway. You need soup to nuts dealy-o's for to repair and "improve" and pretty it up-well you could do worse than to pick Lowes.

I don’t recall ever reviewing a box store. I’ve got a project in Boulder—have never found good lumber at HD. But they sell Milwaukee. So I’ve been going to Lowes in Longmont on my way down. Had to pick through the entire bundles of treated 2x6x10s & 2x8x10s. Went to my store in Loveland. It was night & day. Bundles were organized, better quality, and straight. It might be a fluke. But the 5 stars is for Jim at Pro checkout—manager. I asked the cashier about TimberTech samples and he deferred me to Jim. Went out of his to help me. What a great day at Lowe’s today!

I had to come up to this Lowes since the one in Longmont was out of the caulk I needed. This seems to be a well stocked store.

Bruce was incredibly helpful. He was friendly and personable, and went above and beyond to ensure my problem was solved. The way he handled a frustrating situation helped create loyalty and developed my trust in the way Lowe's takes care of customers. Thanks, Bruce!

I purchased 5 baskets of flowers for my patio . One of the 5 wasn't flourishing as the other 4 . It was dying , looking as a plant does at the end of the season . I called Lowes and without hesitation they said I could return it and they were guaranteed for 1 year. I wouldn't take advantage of a year for an annual but I did return it and repurchased another. Thanks so much Lowes for standing behind your product ! I will recommend you to everyone !

Helpful staff, although I didn't find the plumbing items I had to have, too specialized. Great store location, just 7 miles from home.

I got a good deal on this cause for 40$ for a 3 way storage that I can put my Rc race cars in it’s perfect.
I say it’s a good deal cause I went to Home Depot and there stuff is a little higher in price and I didn’t find what I needed.

We have been coming to Lowe's for both of our businesses' needs for 12 years. Customer service has been friendly and mostly helpful. They most always have what we are looking for in stock.

One of the attendants, Brevan (I think?) was super helpful! We were trying to buy some drywall, and he helped out a bunch! He was very friendly, and we appreciated his help.

Unfortunately, I had to return a second time today because I purchased the wrong circuit breaker. They said they had three of the correct ones in, but weren’t there, possibly stolen… However, Megg took me to the aisle to verify they didn’t have them, and then took the time to call the Fort Collins location to put what I needed on hold there. She was a great help to me for taking the time to assist, and with a smile! Thank you very much!👍

The two women working the appliance department today one of them said she typically works in the paint. They were awesome helpful spent time with us didn't make us feel rushed. We bought several appliances and a chainsaw. Thank you ladies for your kindness and professionalism

We ordered a new microwave for our daughter. Seems to work great!

Did you know they have a new store Manager? I met her today while doing a curbside pickup. They were having trouble so I went inside to help them locate the storm door. She was very cordial and friendly. The other associates got the order loaded in the truck. Great experience.

The staff at this location is always super helpful. Inventory is also well stocked.

When driving in, watch for possibly un-homed cyclists at the entry ramps and round abouts. They can have a lot of stuff with them, make last minute turns with no signal, and be hot tempered. One beat the hood of my car when he didn't like my stopping for him to cross. Give them LOTS of space and consider using a different entrance if you see burdened cyclists on your way driving in.

Site handled the return of incorrect product choice quickly and painlessly.

My new go to store. The guys actually know what they are selling. They even have a human being checking you out. Oh! And they had a customer appreciation day and gave me a Santigos burrito. Mmmmm. Ended up with some Valspar schwag. I noticed the coffee bar is often dry, but ya know....I mean ummmm. They actually have a coffee bar at check out! Pinch me! I must be dreaming.
