LOVE Vics! Great selection of flavors, including dairy free (and maybe soy free?) for those who need it. Service is always friendly and quick, too.

There is plenty of seating with umbrellas for hot days—as well as cups and water for no charge.

My husband and I had our first date here four years ago, and this summer our daughter tried ice cream here for the first time.

I ordered an ice cream cake for Mother's Day and it was perfect! Great communication ordering and friendly service both ordering and picking the cake up. A special thank you to Linda who went above and beyond to accommodate my daughters peanut allergy it was greatly appreciated!

This place is excellent! Tons of flavors, generous sizes, friendly staff, convenient location, always clean, reasonable hours, ample parking (if you include the adjacent plaza parking), plenty of types of ice cream (traditional, soft serve, flurries, etc). I have never been disappointed here. The campfire s’mores ice cream tastes *exactly* like a toasted s’more. Have you ever tried a flight? 4 flavors and waffle cone chips for $5.50. You can’t beat it. Highly recommend this place to anyone in the Spencerport area!

We are very big fans of the brand of ice cream they sell here. Giffords from Maine. They have really good flavor choices and the ice cream always taste fresh. There was another place that we normally go to but it is only open from Memorial to Labor Day and when that place closes we end up here. Although we do take the time to come here even if the other place is open as well LOL. Very friendly staff great location and I think they might be open year round.

Darling little house converted to a walk up window ice cream shop. Very polite and friendly young ladies served us. We thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream, along with couples and families while sitting at the tables provided.

My first time here yesterday. My son and I ordered the soft serve black raspberry Vanilla twist in custard! It was the best custard we have ever had! Nice setting with tables. Very friendly staff! To die for!

I went to Vic's newest ice cream shop in North Chili. Great ice cream, great experience. While I was chatting with my friend, a worker came out and made my kids balloon animals. It was so kind. I will be a repeat customer.

Stopped in for the first time with my girlfriend's grandma visiting from Florida. This place did not disappoint! Everyone said their ice cream was delicious. I enjoyed a delicious peanut butter chocolate fudge milkshake. Will definitely be back!

I cant say enough about the quality of the product and the price of this place. But above all else the staff was exceptional. My 3 year old dropped his cone before he got a lick and without a flinch they had a replacement one for us at the next window waiting for us. These people actually CARE about the families they serve and I found out they even donate tips to charity. This is our new Ice cream stop and it should be on your short list too!

Definitely a must visit place. They have my favorite brand of icecream and aren't that expensive. A big selection to choose from with plenty of customization. Everyone working there is super nice. I'd suggest getting the strawberry cheesecake icecream.

Nice little ice cream shop. Prices are good, services is quick and friendly. Sizes are big!!! The small is 2 scoops but it was huge! The 7 year old loved all the ice cream.

Dang! I heard about this place but I already had my favorite ice cream shop. My extended family who were here on vacation took me there after they had visited a couple of times .Suffice to say I have foiund my new favorite ice cream yummy place

Wonderful Ice cream shop. We love walking here in the summer. They carry Giffords ice cream which is delicious.
