100% recommend Dr Jansen. She was amazing with my nonverbal autistic son. He was escalated a few times during his appointment, even hitting at her & kicking at her in the beginning. Her kindness and politeness never wavered a single time. She sat on the floor with him and did her exams while doing so - to accommodate him moving all around and stimming in the exam room. She did not ever seem bothered by having to change up what she was doing to try to get his attention or for him to look at her during her exam. I was 100% satisfied and honestly so pleased with her and the other ladies working. They were so nice to us. She even talked to my son all throughout the exams, even though he doesn’t talk back. Not all doctors do that. We will definitely be going to her for all 4 of the people in my household’s eye care from now.

They were on time and all staff were very nice. They answered all my questions and made me feel like I was there #1 priority. The rest of my family will be making appointments here. Great place!!

From the receptionist to the doctors all the staff was wonderful. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed. Also, I was seen at the time of my appointment within 15 minutes and appreciated the heads up the second I walked in that they had an emergency and was fully informed of this small delay. I highly recommend this office!

My experience has been wonderful at Cambridge Eye Associates. The staff and Dr. Janzen are wonderful! I truly feel cared about when I am there. I had to go to a different eye clinic because of my insurance change… I think I will come back here and pay full price. That’s how great they are.

Dr. Janzen takes time to make sure you understand what is going on with your eye health. I have a great deal of confidence in my care. The office staff is very professional.

Dr. Chad Christenson has done a phenomenal job caring for my eyes and glaucoma since 2012. He’s very conscientious, knowledgeable, and compassionate. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone needing specialized eye care!

I called and was able to make an appt. the very next week. Everyone was nice and I felt they were really listening to me. They helped me pick out the glasses and they were half price. Lucky day I picked with them having a sale. Overall I got the best possible care, eye exam, and glasses. Great day for me.

Everyone here was friendly and super helpful. I had to get my first pair of glasses and they made it a great experience! Also, my 5 year old had her first eye exam there and they were so great with her. She had a great time getting an eye exam!

I came in with some vision issues and was really anxious. They were able to get me in right away. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Christenson was so empathetic and thorough. Always a good experience here!

Extremely polite and friendly people, I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to anything medical and the atmosphere here put me at ease, I believe Chad was his name, that worked with me and he kept me informed on what was going on which was nice, and he was incredibly professional. I've had many experiences with other Eye Clinics and none of them were near this quality of expertise.
