Liberty Roofing & Exteriors

Our skylights were leaking and we needed to get it fixed and Liberty Exteriors, LLC came out the same day and fixed our roof and kept us from getting any more damage in the house. Had they not came out the same day, we would have had a lot of water damage done to our home from the rains that happened, over the next few days. We were both so relieved! They saved us lots of money, time, stress and they were very affordable. The quality of work was amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

All I have to say is that Liberty Roofing & Exteriors were absolutely amazing to deal with our home was hit by hail last September. James and Brian were so thorough from contacting my insurance company and working out our claim for a new roof for our house and garage.

The roofing crew were top notch from tearing off the old shingles, putting on the new shingles and finally cleaning up. This all happened by the second week of November!! Fast! I highly recommend Liberty Roofing & Exteriors to anyone who needs to have a new roof.

I had James as my representative throughout my claims process. He took the time to show me the damage done to my home, educate me on my policy, my options as a home owner, as well as the pros and cons of my available options.

He successfully advocated for my claim to a reluctant insurance representative, and fought for every dollar i deserved. The project was organized and competed in a timely matter with quality craftsmanship.

Dealing with property damage and insurance claims is never a fun ordeal, but James made the entire process smooth and painless. I highly recommend his services.

I needed a roof repair on short notice. Two other roofing companies started the project and did not complete the job putting me in a timeline crunch. We had our house reroofed by Liberty last summer. I have never been so delighted with a company. They came when they said they would, did a fantastic job, and finished exactly when promised. Their crew worked so hard and so fast that I was amazed. We have a large, multi peaked roof and lots of vegetation around the house. There wasn’t a bit of roofing materials or nails or anything left when they finished. I’ve reroofed my house several times and never experienced anything like this. Oh, and one more thing, a carpenter friend was here yesterday and asked who did the roofing because it was an excellent job.

After major hail damage they replaced my roof, siding, windows, and doors. Shoo the storm chasers away and call these guys. Eric, Rick and all the guys are really great to work with. Very satisfied, they handled it all.

Had the bad experience of dealing with the salesmans pitch and the salesman never pulled a permit from city and with the city doing a 5K marathon noticed a new deck on my house found permit not pulled, Electric company rehung electrical and had extra holes in siding put on by his company originally and dealing with the owner I had found out his installers (brother of owner and his crew) did not tape the seams of my fanfold insulation as was in my contract and when discussed what he was going to do..... nothing but argue with customer and zero satisfaction and told me what I should have wanted not as what contract said..... if you don't stay watching their work you may not get what you expected.
A customer should never have to question a company if they did it right or cut corners.
Only found this out when I was going to replace a piece of siding after connexus changed their monitoring equipment mounting not having a mast any longer.....

Terrible service. Eric is a Fing lyer!!!!
