Pack Rat Self Storage

James & I have had a storage unit with Pack Rat Storage for many years now, and we have always been happy with their fast and friendly customer service. It's so quick and easy to make our cheap monthly payments. The unit is very well sealed and we have never had an issue with bugs, rodents or weather getting into our unit. Our stored items have always been safe. We will continue to use Pack Rat for all our storage needs.

The place is clean, well taken care of, easy in/out, secure, staff is helpful and friendly. The aisles are wide with plenty of space to get through. I like that it’s locally owned. The units are priced fairly with market value.

I have had a unit with these guys for 6 plus years and have never had a problem. Climate control is always comfortable and clean. The staff is always very accommodating and friendly.

Convenient storage place that offers different size spaces. Easy in and out through gated entry with security code. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff always willing to answer questions and help with what they can. This is my 2 nd time using them and it’s been almost 2 years. No complaints. The site is secure, clean, well lit.

I had the opportunity to meet the owner of the storage facility. He has built a well designed facility. I like the options and the area to move around. I have a large truck and trailer and there is no issues driving to and from my unit. The prices are excellent for the area and its month to month without a contract which I like.

Great experience so far. I needed storage on the west side of town, but Pack Rat didn't have the size I needed at first. They put my name on a waiting list and as soon as the size I needed became available, Tori called to let me know. Friendly folks, clean facility and great location.

Great location, close to 840! I have enjoyed storing my belongings at this location! All of the staff members that I have met have been so polite and respectful! Their customer service actually exists and that is really refreshing these days! This is a VERY GOOD storage facility. I have a storage room as well as an RV spot leased. The facility is secured and the grounds are always spotless. And Tori is on the ball, and very helpful!

I have used Pack Rats Storage several times and no matter what location I use they treat me with the utmost respect. I currently have a storage building with them at the Brinkley Road, Murfreesboro location and once again the people there are amazing. The units are very clean and secure. Wouldn't use anyone else!

The management and staff at PackRat on Brinkley are exceptional! Always friendly, always helpful! The storage facility is VERY easy to get in and out of. The ceilings are super, super tall in the one larger building parallel to the road, so if you stack high, you get an insane amount of storage out of these units. I had a 10 x 30 and just upgraded to a 12 x 30. I can't say enough about how awesome this place is!!!! FIVE STARS for EXCELLENCE in EVERYTHING —EVERYDAY! *****
