Really liked Sean. He let us make our own decision without interfering but after we did find a couch he helped us through the process and gave suggestions and helped us find a coffee table. It was a great experience and we found exactly what we were looking for

Eric was an amazing guy! My family usually gets the shaft in fancy stores like this just because we all like wild hair colors but Eric came right up to me and my little girl and went above and beyond giving me ideas to replace my dying Sectional with. He made me feel very welcome, answered all my questions and even made my 10 yr old laugh. So we will definitely be back again!

I haven’t been to Havertys in several years but when my wife and I entered the store we were quickly greeted by Eric. He was very professional and led us directly to the furniture we were interested in. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions as well as give us ideas for future purchases. It was a very pleasant all around experience.

The salesperson was excellent. He asked the help of the designer and she was excellent also. I was able to find exactly what I wanted. Very knowledgeable and efficient store in Murfreesboro, Tn.

Information overload was awesome. Every question answered and even extra effort into more than we expected and we are overall happy with our experience with Rob the sales man and the interior decorator we were informed whose on staff also

Candice McMeans was very knowledgeable. She patiently showed me all my options and understood my preferences and helped me create what I expect to be my perfect custom sofa.

Nowel Did a great job helping me find a perfect fireplace for my home. He went way beyond what he had to do also it is being delivered a lot quicker than I thought. In closing Haverty's always has top of the line beautiful furniture I will always be a customer very happy with my service and purchase.

Our experience at Havertys was great, everyone was very friendly. We worked with Eric and he made the process smooth. Eric was patient with us as there were so many options in different style furniture and fabrics. Delivery for in stock items was within a couple days. The items we custom ordered are estimated 5-6 weeks out which is very reasonable.

My husband and I purchased a couch today! We went in about a week ago and was assisted by a great associate named Rob. He was helpful, kind, and not a pushy person. We left with the "hey, we would love to take some time to measure and think about it". He was understanding about our needs. Received a text this morning just checking in on us and we went and saw him that afternoon. Thank you for your help and getting us set up with our new couch.

We are new to the Murfreesboro, TN area coming from Ohio. We have had a horrible experience with another well known furniture store (starts with A ends with y) and reluctant about buying more furniture.
Until we met Ms. Barbara! She was very pleasant and genuinely helped us not only with our furniture needs but eased our fears of not wanting to have another nightmare with the horrible experience we had with that other furniture store.
She was not “salesy”, she took into account what we were looking for and she took notice that we knew exactly what we wanted and did not want. There were some items that almost met our needs and style and she suggested “online”. We expressed to her that we like to see it in person, because often times what you see online doesn’t necessarily look like it in person. She understood. She was very caring, warm, and very customer service focused. We loved her so much instead of buy 1 piece of furniture we bought 2. We will be coming back to patronize Havertys and have Ms. Barbara help us with our near future purchase!

Rob at the Murfreesboro, Tn store made my shopping experience quick and efficient. I left the cool springs store due to poor customer service. This was worth the 25 mile trip

From beginning to end Eric Gray was so helpful. He answered all our questions and gave us time to walk around and try out other sofas. He gave us the price information printed out for reference. When we were ready, Eric has very informative and helped us choose a delivery date that works with our schedule.
