Chili's Grill & Bar

I don't normally review chain restaurants because they are a canned product, but today I make an exception because this location ROCKED.

The waitstaff were friendly and timely. A best of class team of people.

The food was top notch. The items were cooked perfectly (as ordered) - fajitas plus a medium rare steak.

This exceeded our expectations .

I recently dined at chili’s and was fortunate enough to have Susan as our server. From the moment we were seated, Susan made our experience truly memorable. They were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring our glasses were always filled and our needs met throughout the meal.

Susan had an impressive knowledge of the menu, offering insightful recommendations that perfectly matched our tastes. Their friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm made us feel welcome and cared for. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was to our liking, and their timing was impeccable, with each course arriving at just the right moment.

It’s clear that Susan takes pride in their work and is a true asset to the restaurant. Their professionalism and warm hospitality significantly enhanced our dining experience. I highly recommend asking for Susan if you dine at Chili’s you won’t be disappointed!

Went to chilis on Medical Center after work and Susan was my waiter; she was super nice and catered to my needs & made sure my food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. I will ask for her on each visit.

Suzan is so sweet, funny, and had amazing customer service! She helped us with great food and drink recommendations ( The mango mambo was SO good!). I would absolutely need her as a server next time I come here with a group of friends! I haven’t come here in a while but definitely will be coming more often!

Susan, our server was great. We were seated right away and she took our order as soon as we were ready. She also ckd on us several times and asked if everything was OK and if there was anything else we needed. Very pleasant and professional. Thanks Susan!

Six of us are dinner at this location a couple of nights ago. Our server, Julia, was fantastic. The manager, Crystal, especially left a great impression. My daughter left her retainer wrapped in a napkin on the table when we left. Crystal dug into the trash can twice to find both pieces. Thank you so much! You have restored my faith that good service still exists.

Susan was a fantastic server! She checked on us many times to make sure we had full drinks and everything we needed. The food was perfect, and the chocolate molten lava cakes were even better. Thanks, Susan!

My husband and I are here for a work conference and our waitress Susan was Awesome!!!. I never ran out of sweet tea and she was always checking on us to make sure we were ok. Thank you Susan Chili's you have a good one!!! Go Susan see you next time!!!

Danny was the perfect server! Very polite and when my asparagus did not come out with the order, he was apologetic and honest about the reason.
The bathrooms were clean!
Our food was delivered in a timely manner and done correctly. If we are in the area again, we will stop again!
I had the Santa Fe Chicken salad with double protein and no crispers or dressing. My husband had the Quesadilla Explosion. Our daughter ordered 5 chicken strips, with fries, mac n cheese, and a slice of cheesecake for the road!

Susan was amazing as always! Made sure to bring us our usuals and knew as she came by exactly what we wanted, how we wanted it, and guaranteed it was perfect! Even with the drinks she knew how many we’d need and didn’t have to wait for more! I can’t wait to eat here again!

My food was great, my server Susan was excellent, super friendly, was quick to take my order, checked on me often and made sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend trying to sit in her section, she will take care of you.

Took Grands after church. Waitress was very good. Our picky eaters loved their peaches, mac-n-cheese and fries. We had not eaten there for quite awhile but found it very satisfactory.

Susie (our waitress) was outstanding. She is at the top of her game. As a professional reviewer, she's the type you see at a 5 Star 🌟 restaurant. Never did we have to ask for refills. Our order was perfect 👌. If I had a restaurant, I would steal her from you. I admire her hustle. So, I put my money 💰 where my mouth is.... I tipped her 25% at lunch today.
2nd, the Chef cooked our Steak 🥩 to perfection 👌. Don't lose him, pay him good. I'll be back because of these 2 hard working people.
