Halee the assistant manager is the sweetest soul on Earth. I had run into an issue with ordering a book and she worked with me to find the best outcome and was so patient and thorough with me the entire time. The best customer service I have ever received when working with a retail store.

My favorite book store I've ever been to! They have any genre of books you're looking for. They also have a wide variety of not only books but also toys, games, puzzles, etc. There is also a reading area for children. Something for every age!

Second favorite bookstore that has a wide variety of EVERYTHING. Vinyls, tons of books, audio books, puzzles, DVDs, CDs, and tons of kids books/toys. Best part is the Coffee Bar with many seats to sit, read, and relax while enjoying your hot/iced coffee with snacks.

Libraries and book stores are our favorite places. We love reading and learning new things and books are the easiest way for us. This is a great location with a very large selection and variety of books. Love it!

This is an awesome B&N. They have a wide variety of books here.

There is also a chess club every Friday after 6pm, which is great.

I love bookstores, but Barnes & Noble are more than just a bookstore. I loved browsing. We were kinda in a hurry. Next time, I hope to spend more time looking around.

As a customer for many years now visiting when only in town, the item selection and variety along with customer service is great. Whether looking for a specific item or perusing for a new discovery, the store's organization and layout make shopping easy and enjoyable.

Every employee is really willing to help no matter if its not in their area. My kiddo and I were there almost 2 hours just looking and didnt feel pressured to wrap things up or hostile environment like in other shops!

I was interested in availability of a Book “ Make Your Bed” a #1 New York Times Bestseller written by Admiral William H. McRaven U S Navy Retired that I read a few pages about online. I had started the online purchase and found the ship fee about $5. Then I stopped my order thinking to call today the Murfreesboro, TN Barnes Noble at 2615 Medical Center Parkway at Avenue that is on my drive at night home after work m. I was happy to hear a customer service person offer to check inventory to find is there and at no shipping could hold it at the desk a few days without payment until I stopped in to buy. I just bought at 8;46 pm before 9 pm closing. It was there and saved me some money. Sim

I was just browsing the other day, but this Barnes and Noble is awesome! They have a lovely Kiddo themes area. There are plenty of games, puzzles, and kid appropriate books. There are so many different genres there! They also have a Starbucks in the store. Definitely a very cool place to hang out/look around at!!

I have the best relaxing experience searching for books, the staff is nice and helpful! The Starbucks has a menu that isn't at other Starbucks!
