Image Car Wash

Very good & thorough wash. I drove past the stopping area & backed up. The machine stopped after the wash. I drove out because it stopped. We called the Phone #. They answered, apologized, came to reset it in about 10 min. They were very polite refunded my $ & gave me a free wash. That was great 👍.

Went to self service wash today. Tried three different debit cards and the reader didn’t take any of them. Inserted two $5 bills instead. Tonight I see there’s a $10 charge pending on our bank. Would like a refund. Very disappointed.

Update: Issue was resolved and charge was reversed within 30 mins of my original post. Very impressed with quick customer service.

First self-serve carwash in town that's actually gotten my vehicle clean. Fairly priced, clean bays, hot water... what more could you ask for? Overall, a great experience and I'm happy to come back again and again. The only thing that would make it better would be a punch card. 😉

Had the best car wash ever here. This establishment is the best!! I had to pick up my Girlfriend from the airport and had bugs and grime all over my Tahoe. When arriving at the airport she said it looked brand New. Thank you Image Car Wash. We may just get married now due to my awesome clean truck. I owe the world to you!! Thanks again. I will only clean here.

Update: As you can see from their response Image car wash has worked hard to resolve this problem. They have earned our business. Their car wash just did a great job on our second try. I highly recommend them!

Image Car Wash is a great, family owned and operated car wash. The attention to detail, and to customer service puts them above the other car washes in town. They donate their time and facility to many fundraising groups! Please make sure to swing by when you need a wash.

Even though my truck barely fit since I didn't fold the mirrors, I was very happy with the results of the wash! When I got out it looked sparkly new and after driving a thousand miles it's still looking good!

The foam brush was the best I've ever seen! There was so much foam soap I couldn't see my car! It was amazing

This car wash works with the community and has done fundraisers for a couple high school clubs in town! I got to be apart of the fundraiser they did with the Loveland High school choirs! They are kind and make sure to do their best and only the best for the customer!

Always a good experience at Image Car Wash. Several bays, so if any wait is needed it minimal. Love the pricing too, best in town for a self wash.
