Extra Space is EXTRA-ORDINARY!
I especially love having an app to access the site the building as well as our unit. Not having to worry about where my key is or remembering a lock combination is great. There is an ample amount of carts available.

Extra Space Storage is amazing!! Tasha was so kind and helpful and got me a perfect unit at last minutes notice. This is such a beautiful and clean facility! I am confident that my things are safe and so am I when I visit. The facility is so well lit including the inside of my unit so I have no trouble finding things if I need them. I recommend this location to anyone!!

Moved from Arizona to Colorado and was able to get a large climate controlled unit at a reasonable price. Access was simple and staff is absolutely amazing. Cannot express enough positive insight about this business.

Update 03/24 - Rates have increases substantially and this is not acceptable. Give at least a 90 day notice. After our home is built we will get all our items out of both storage units and avoid ever using Extra Space again. 5 stars to 1 star overnight. Kudos to management.

Update 03/26 - Called and spoke with Tasha and was greeted in a professional and caring manner. She listened and worked with me for a resolution that was expedited and exceeded my expectations. If you want quality customer service with excellent personnel, Tasha is whom you need to speak with at Extra Space Storage in Loveland! Thank you again and have an amazing day!

Matt and Tasha were really nice, welcoming and very helpful. Their storage is great, clean and uses phone to open gates and storage units, which is very convenient. I had an amazing experience today at the Extra Space Storage. You should try them out!

My experience with Extra Space has been the best of any storage company I've ever used. Great facility and app. Also, the manager, Tasha, was fantastic! Due to a snow storm, I needed to adjust my move out schedule. She did phenomenal job helping me!

Awesome facility, with a very smooth online experience. If you can, pre-paying for a discounted rate really makes the value super worth it. The facility and unit access through the mobile app is very convenient. The front desk manager, Matt, was so friendly and helpful!

Excellent storage unit facility. Never had an issue with anything I liked the use of the Bluetooth locks and ease of access made things easy by not having to remember to bring a key or remembering a combo lock. With that being said you can still use a personal lock on your storage if you wish. If I need to use storage again I’ll definitely use them in the future.

The on-site manager was very kind and quick when we rented the unit. Units are clean, and in a very safe, and secure location. Had an easy option to pay each month. Would definitely use Extra Space Storage in the future again if we need to.

I use climate-controlled indoor storage and this facility is awesome. Easy but secure access, clean and the staff and management are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Checking into my unit with the help of the staff was a breeze. I had an issue with one of the two apps used to access the front gate, but the second app has worked perfectly. I have learned that I have to be very close to the gate and unit sensor in order for it to recognize my phone’s bluetooth, but once I figured that out it has been smooth sailing. I feel safe at this location as a single female as well.

Tasha at the Loveland location made renting a storage unit a breeze! I was looking into a different location to compare and the customer service here blew the other place out of the water! Definitely recommend ExtraSpace over their competitors.

Kevin is the absolute best person I have dealt with in a while! Thank you again. This storage spot is a great location, easy to get in and out and its so nice being able to have the app to open the gate and having everything all locked up and only accessible to me through my app. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

Tasha is the most wonderful customer service representative I have ever dealt with, she is extremely confident in her responses with the questions I had, Extensive Knowledge of her facility. I wish I could deal with a person like that every day of the week, she just makes life easier.

The original storage was not still accessible even though I had reservation and seen it. Luckly she was able to find storage space on the same floor close by the first one. Customer service was great.

I Love This Place! Over the years I have had to use storage units in-between moving locations and I have to say that I am more than impressed with this location and company. To start, their new integration with technology is pretty snazzy. You use your cellular device to open your unit and the gates. Making it super easy to always access. The only downside I see to this is if your phone dies.. Other than that its pretty cool! The units themselves were more than affordable compared to their competitors. The unit was very clean and very spacious! The employees I had the pleasure speaking to were very informative and helpful with every phone call. If they didn't answer, they would call back! I as a consumer and a customer service worker can appreciate this kind of service any day. If you ever need a storage unit I suggest that you look into this location and or other locations from this company.

Came in looking for a unit, store was very clean and organized, the employee on duty was able to help me in a timely manner while being very professional with my current situation. I will be renting a 5x10 when one comes available
