Lots of space for kids to run around. My 21 month old had a blast. Splash pad looks fun but not sure when the hours are. I've looked on the website and there's no signage in the playground with info.

There are nice trails and you can get in parts of the river. The current is pretty fast so I wouldn't recommend for littles.

We also come here on Sunday for the farmers market and that does not disappoint. Not too many vendors but just enough. Plus our favorite booth, miller farms, are there. They have a fill your bag situation and it's fabulous. Veggies for the week for only $15.

There are plenty of restrooms and they are clean. The handicap stall in the women's restroom does NOT have a lock.

Farmers markets are a great way to obtain locally grown fresh products. Many areas for the children to play. Dog park nearby to the south. Picnic tables and barbecue cook stoves.

Always a fun place to go with the kids. There’s a splash pad, sand box, great views and plenty of shade for the parents on a hot day.

During the summer we enjoy the farmers market on Sundays and go swim in the river or play in the splash pad. The river runs right through the park!

The grounds guy is sharp and does a great job keeping the place up. Even when there’s events and the market place going on. I wish I knew his name but he seems to be the main maintenance/grounds guy there. Job well done.

Great spot for large group gatherings! Family and pet friendly with the river nearby for swimming. There is also an off leash dog park to the right of the park that you can walk to and let your pup run off some energy.

Stayed for hours. There is a shaded sand box and splash pad!
Tips:
The best parking is off old Railroad Ave off 3rd.
To turn on the water at the splash pad - touch the end of the purple thing (you’ll see when you arrive).

We brought sand toys, towels & swim suits, scooters and snacks.

One of my favorite places to hangout pretty much on a daily basis. You can round up your family for a sun fun day. You have the river to swim in, the water park to splash around, playground for the kiddos, dog park for all pooches, bbq grill and pavilion to hangout with family and friends. The best is the ball fields to watch a few games.

A beautiful park in Loveland where you can bring your dog and your kids. The Big Thompson flows through the park. There also a dog park next door. A playground for kids plus a water park for the young and young at heart. There's a restroom onsite.

Just a great park for kids and families. This is great for the afternoon or for a get-together. It's probably my favorite park in the Northern Colorado area.

This is by far one of our favorite places to come and relax and watch the kids play. It took my kids 3 years before they would jump in the river. Now they beg us to go. They have a great Ramada area for parties. They also hold the farmers market which I highly recommend you go. Lots of cool adventure to check out with all the playground activities for all ages and a splash park. Also a dog play area.

Love parking here while waiting for food delivery orders, perfect spot near town and the dirt lot is never too packed with people, so Im always able to sit and relax especially on slow days, also helpful to have the porta jon but it would be more helpful if people didnt sit in there and drink & do other substances that EVERYONE can smell and its not a nice plant smell if you know what i mean.. i try not to judge others and let others be them but when there is no bathroom available, and i have IBD, it definitely becomes frustrating. If we all respected each other, which includes those people picking up their own trash and using the several trash cans and dumpster nearby and keeping their choices away from others who may not agree with them, then those people wouldn't be as upset about the choices in the first place.

The park is open and well taken care of. Our dog and I especially loved walking alongside the river before playing ball.

It is well maintained and has a very nice playground for the kids. There are a few pretty cool bridges that go over the stream which is also nice to visit.

VERY nice little Park to ride around, along with some beautiful bike trails to zip through. Kids can have fun in the playground and stay cool in the water play area. Plus you can take a nice, cool dip in The Big Thompson River =)
