This guy is great! I called 6 different law firms before I called Cody's office 15 minutes before he closed. Cody picked up the phone and gave me enough information to know how I could solve my problem on my own. He offered to get involved if I wanted him to. My wife and I first contacted Cody Balzar concerning forced pooling by an oil company with our 10 acre home outside Loveland. Cody was very informative in explaining our rights and paths forward with how to deal with the oil company.
