Larimer County - Vehicle Licensing Loveland Office

I have been multiple times over the past 2 years for various reasons and I have never had an issue. I recently made an appointment for our marriage license and was able to make it with ease and on the exact day and time we needed. Did our application without incident, it was super easy. Ran a little late so we arrived right at but didn't
have to wait but a few minutes, the gentleman that helped us was great and very efficient and friendly. He made the process seamless. We left fully informed of the next steps. I'm a South Florida native and in this regard I've never had a good experience in my life down there. It's a pleasure knowing here will always be a better experience. I'm actually shocked by the negative reviews. Be kind to one another.

I only waited for approximately 5 minutes til my number was called. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable and quick. I had several questions and she knew the answer and helped me immediately. Very good experience today.

Super simple to renew my car registration. Walked out with my new registration and license plate sticker in less than 5 minutes.

I had a 9:00am appointment and was prepared to wait a while since that’s what you typically expect going to the DMV, but only waited maybe 5 mins after my appointment time! The girl who helped me was lovely. She was super friendly and helpful. I walked out the doors at 9:28 with my car registered in CO, plates, new title, etc. Really great experience, I will come back to this office for all future needs! :)

Carleen was a wealth of knowledge. walked me through a confusing title issue. It's soooo refreshing to have someone that really CARES. thank you, and GREAT job.

So happy to see DMV in a fresh new place. Well organized. Do yourself and the folks that work there a huge favor by registering for an appointment online. Process runs smoothly. Remember to bring ALL paperwork needed, otherwise you will hold up the process.

Slick system and process. Derek was very helpful and friendly. This is the opposite of what DMVs are known for.

Not to long of wait. Seem like a lot of people there but went fast. We waited 10 to 15 minutes.

The Loveland branch has been open since the beginning and they require you to set up an appointment first and then arrive within 30 minutes prior. They explain that the renewal is our responsibility so if you didn't get your notifications in the mail its because their staffing has been minimal and there were delays. Nonetheless all of us must be diligent or else there's a late penalty. The staff is great and the place is COVID-19 ready. The bathroom are clean and you must wear a mask 😷

Extremely efficient and courteous first think in the am. I was a walk in apt and it was my fastest dmv experience in my life!

We had an honestly lovely experience this morning at this office. Minimal wait, plenty of surprisingly comfortable chairs, and the woman we worked with (Stephanie) was wonderfully kind and helpful. We enjoyed chatting a bit waiting for the computer system to load and it was very pleasant. We were in and out promptly. The facility itself is welcoming and spacious.

I worked with Chip today, and he made my transaction very easy and smooth. I was in and out of there in a short period of time. I was a little lighter in the pockets from my license plates 😜 Don't forget if you're going in you need an appointment. I had one and it was very simple because they give you the instructions of what you need. You get your ticket and then you get called in no time!

Was waiting for 30 minutes though I arrived 15 minutes early. It is to be expected to have to wait even though an appt was made. Was at the desk for about 15 minutes. Was able to get what I went for. Thanks for being fast with it being busy.

Smooth and early for our appointment. We signed in for our appointment and didn't even have time to sit down. Unfortunately, I didn't have the correct paperwork but that was my issue. It was surprisingly expensive to register our vehicle in Colorado, so be forewarned that it is super expensive but that's not the office's fault. They were very helpful and super easy to work with.

What a great experience! It all started with the wonderful barista at the smoothie/coffee stand in the parking lot. She was so happy to make me a cappuccino and said I absolutely made her day by giving her variety from the classic smoothie she keeps having to blend. After enjoying a delicious cappuccino and then using the exquisitely cleaned restrooms, we were able to get in for our appointment. Yes, you need a reservation. It’s 2021 people. This is to be expected. The woman at the front desk was owning it. She knew exactly how to herd everyone to where they were supposed to be and was friendly while doing so. Jeannie helped us with our marriage license and was an absolute joy. What a difference from the Denver locations.

Always friendly and efficient. Kathleen squeezed me in while I was in quite a rush! Took less than an hour and I wasn't even arrested until after I took care of everything I needed... F*** drones!

I have no idea why other reviews are so sour. I go in there EXPECTING A WAIT when I have not thought ahead to make an appointment. I was there for close to 2 hours yesterday, I was attended to by two of the workers and we had a good laugh many times. I think mostly it's the attitude of the customers revealed in these reviews. Fees happen. Paperwork happens. These people that work at the DMV are bound by rules and laws. It's not their fault that fees are so high. I have an appointment next week to deal with work vehicles, and I know things will get handled appropriately and as efficiently as possible. I know I will laugh with them, and I know they will remember me being there because I choose to be pleasant with them, knowing they face many more irate customers than I will ever have to deal with. I hope more users can see the side of the workers.

Good experience! Arrive early if you don't make an appointment online. The doors open at 7:30am and in my case 2 people were in line with me at 7:30. They opened at 8 and immediately saw me and several other people. The lady that helped me was very nice and informative. Make sure you go online and prepare all the documentation you need before you go in to have a smooth experience.
