My husband and I were extremely pleased with our truck purchase from Antera. Our salesman, Cliff, was so kind and helpful. There was no awkward pressure like you get at the big dealerships. The owner, Harold, is a great guy. He answered all of our questions regarding our truck and any work he had done to it before putting it up for sale. This is a honest down to earth dealership, with guys who really know what they're talking about.

Harald and Cliff run an efficient car dealership with workshop attached. They act fair and honest and will work with you if any issues arise within the limits of fair negotiations. I would buy a car again from them at any point in the future. They acted genuine and without any hard sales pitch or pressure tactics throughout my car purchase. Cliff and Harold are the best in the business. Very honest! Harold was upfront that the BMW I was buying wasn't inspected yet. He checked it out before I purchased and his inspection was thorough and accurate. Cliff was very professional and responsive. I highly recommend Antera to anyone looking for a used car.

Harold and Cliff are the absolute best. They are honest and fair with the inventory they sell. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are highly satisfied, and stand by their word 100%. Harold bent over backwards to find me a vehicle that I would love. Cliff was the NICEST PERSON to work with, and there was another gentleman in the office that provided us with a lot of information as well. They were so kind and so informative. I was looking at a car there and one at another place, and Cliff kept in contact with me the whole time. When we mentioned the cracked windshield on the car we were looking at (they had just gotten it in), they said they would get that fixed for us, no problem. Also, they offer funding options through a credit union and you can purchase an ASC warranty through them, so I’m not sure about the people saying they couldn’t get their car fixed? Maybe they didn’t purchase the warranty, because you can get your car fixed anywhere that accepts the ASC warranty as long as it’s an issue covered by the warranty you purchased. I would definitely recommend working with them!

I bought a used Mazda 3 at Antera just over a month ago, it was just a really smooth process! The salesman was friendly, not pushy at all, and quite informative. I also appreciate that they include a warranty with the sticker price, and when my mechanic commented (prior to purchase) that it would need brakes in the near future, the guys at Antera just put new brakes in before it left the lot! Solid experience, great staff, and I have had no issues whatsoever with the Mazda (which, itself, is a blast!)

Cliff was a very professional and easy-to-work-with salesman. He never put pressure on me to make a certain deal, and let me take my time with multiple test drives before committing to a car.
The warranty offered on their used cars was also significant.

My wife and I were looking for a certain vehicle and they had one that would work. We contacting them and they let my wife drive it with no pressure at all. We agreed on a price which was very reasonable, and I was pre-approved through my credit union. We put a down payment down to hold the vehicle with Cliff. Our credit union backed out on our pre-approval and left us in a bad way. After explaining to Cliff what had happen, he went to work and found us financing by the next Monday. Cliff could had taken our deposit and been done with us, but he went the extra mile and made it all work. This is old fashion CUSTOMER SERVICE that is hard to find anymore.
