I was happy with the experience. I had a car shipped from TX to Lovland Co. The transaction went great. The car was exactly as pictured and description. Johnny was my salesman and was great. This is my second car purchase from carmax. Two different locations and great customer service at both.

I did most of everything over the phone. The lady was so patient helping me find what I liked. Then when I got to the store Brett made everything so simple and I was in and out in a hour or so. I love my car. Next time I know where I will go!

Simply amazing experience at the Loveland, CO dealership. Their web processes need a bit of help, but once I called in to complete the process, everything got smooth. When we arrived with the car we sold them, the lot looked extremely busy, so I expected a bit of a wait.

Surprise. Despite the busy lot, within about 20 minutes of our arrival, the car was inspected, everything was signed, and we were leaving with a check for the full amount they had offered at the first estimate.

We were completely surprised with the speed and ease of the process. This was our first experience with Carmax. We'd do it again in a heartbeat. We had to drive 300 miles to bring them the car, but one of the other online companies offered $3,300 LESS than Carmax, so it was worth the drive.

This was the easiest car purchase I have ever done! Love the "no haggle" policy, knowing I got the best deal possible. Brandon was so kind and knowledgeable. I loved everything about this experience! I even traded in one car for a newer one within 2 weeks, and it couldn't have been easier. I highly recommend CarMax!

I was so nervous to buy a car I have never had good luck with buying cars, Justice was amazing! He made it all go so smoothly! Stayed in my price range didn’t try to get me to go into a higher payment! It was just such a great experience! And I got to drive away in a new car!!! All of the employees I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful, the wait times have been good, the environment is welcoming and comfortable, the process is seamless, and the offers have been fair. My wife and I had an amazing experience purchasing and selling two vehicles. Great offers and quick process for selling. Our experience with purchasing was just as great. We also found an issue with one struts when we noticed a very slight pull to the right and they covered the repair under their 90-day warranty.

I love CareMax! I searched for the car I wanted, in the color I wanted, and found it with CarMax. We had it transferred to our location and traded in our car & bought the new one in less than 2 hours. They are attentive, straightforward & knowledgeable! No complaints.

Had my spark plugs changed. They did it in a timely manner, and it wasn't really that expensive. The service department was very friendly and helpful. Will return to get my vehicle worked on.

I am so impressed with carmax. I have dealt with many other car sales lots over my 34 years of driving and have never wanted to ever recommend any of them. Carmax on the other hand has been a completely different experience….. so far. I bought a beautiful suv a months warranty return if I do not love it and anything is wrong they fix it immediately. They are a 0 pressure lot. No one comes out to push you into buying a car you don’t necessarily want . I could go on. I am thankful. As far as buying a car this one is about as painless as buying a car can be.

He was very patient and understanding, and went out of his way to help make sure everything went smoothly- while also ensuring we understood every aspect of the process. I could not recommend them enough! Will definitely be purchasing from this location again in the future.

We had some issues with paperwork and registration. At the time it seemed frustrating because the State of Colorado does not send friendly letters, but CarMax was great about handling it. They fixed it and made sure with the DMV it was all in order and kept us in the loop the whole way. The process took less than a day! The responsiveness to the issue was impressive and I will not hesitate to buy a vehicle from CarMax.

Original review: We went and bought a vehicle here today. It was easy and no nonsense. This method of buying cars is much better than dealing with pushy sales or financing or warranties. They were able to answer all of our questions, everything seemed very transparent and when we made the decision to buy the process 2 was easier than any vehicle I have bought. We will definitely check here in the future.

I bought a car here in January. I probably could have gotten a “better” price if I was good at haggling and wasting my time at a regular dealership. What I did like was the absolute ease in purchasing. 1) staff were super friendly! 2) I got to take it for a decent test drive the first day- then even got to take it home that night to see how it worked for 24 hours. 3) I have a 30 days to change my mind and 90 day policy for anything that might need to be fixed. Super confident in this purchase will buy from them again.

The folks that helped me were terrific. When I didn't have the code you guys sent me for my quote, the found a way to help me with my license plate number. When we informed them they were out of coffee, they promptly made it fresh. Best group of people, especially when helping a very technically challenged 60 year old. They practically made me feel luke I should move in.

The buying experience was straightforward, honest and quick. Had a mechanical issue a few days later which they were able to repair quickly. I would buy from Carmax again.

I came into sell my car based on the quote I received online. They honored it and had a check in my hand in under an hour . Honest/legit company. I'll probably come see then when I buy my next vehicle

I bought my car, which was very very smooth. There were some issues with the car that they addressed for free with no problem.
Diego in the Service Dept was extremely profess. He answered every question and was super respectful the whole time.
I Have purchased two cars from Carmax in Loveland now, and we go back there again to purchase another one.
