Wife and I have not been at Macy’s in a long time. Customer service has always been very pleasant and easy to shop there. But tonight was absolutely the best service we’ve received thus far. Christel went above and beyond our expectations. Making sure my wife had the proper measurements for the perfect dress !!! We were impressed at the professionalism she gave even before they were about to close. We recommend in asking for Christel and experience the amazing customer service she has to offer.

Walk in and several salespersons were there to greet us with big smiles eagerly wanting to direct us to the area where we were pleasantly waited on and helped us find exactly what we wanted even though we didn’t know the name of the cologne (Chanel COCO Mademoiselle) thanks we will be back ❤

Just bought and dropped off gifts for the Christmas tree for a child I picked the tag for. The ladies at the register were very helpful with the process! Loved their response when I asked them to place the gifts into the Christmas wish tree, awesomely kind.......

Awesome customer service. Good pricing. The product line has diminished. They dont carry Ralph Lauren shirts or under armour underwear anymore.

She took the time to not only color match mine and my sister’s foundations but worked with our individual needs to ensure we had the best foundation for each of our concerns. She even went with us outside to ensure a true color match in the daylight.

She was patient and honest about finding us a good match and we’re beyond thankful for her time!

Got helped by Michaela at the Estee lauder makeup counter and she was very helpful kind and attentive! Sold me on the foundation and concealer and had great personable skills. She deserves a raise lol!

I went in hoping to find some help in the jewelry department and Michaela was soooo helpful!! She was so sweet, patient and went above and beyond. Will definitely be back!

I like there white long sleeve business shirts they sell, for suits. An the perfume that they sell ,for women and men.

I can not say enough how wonderful my time in the store was today. I was welcomed as soon as I walked in and the ladies were wonderfully helpful. ( I had to go in for a suit for my son after a mishap with his tux. )They directed me to Pat. Seriously. Patrick is a suit god. My son is tall and lanky and I was worried about finding something that would fit in a hurry. He looked at my son and immediately was on top of everything to make him prom ready.

There is not enough praise for not only taking the stress out of the situation but being so knowledgeable. Thank you Macy's for having someone like Pat.

Patrick “Pat” did an awesome job showing us suits for our wedding. He explained everything very well and you can tell he has years of experience! We visited two major suit companies in the area and their service was pathetic. Luckily we decided to try Macy’s and met Pat.

Amazing deals! I always find what I need. There's so many cute things for babies and toddlers. Also, I loved how they opened up a Toys"R"Us in the store! My kids loved it

I am giving 5 stars – first and foremost – to Becky, a salesperson in the furniture department at the Macy’s in Loveland. I was living in Boulder then, so I first called nearly every Denver metro store, but no one in furniture answered. When I called Loveland, though, Becky answered immediately. She was nice and very informative, so I made the almost one-hour drive to Loveland.
At the store, Becky patiently showed me several different configurations for sofa sets and coffee tables, which I appreciated because I had never needed that much furniture before. She listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions without being pushy. It was clear that she wanted me to buy something that would work for me, not just to make a sale.
After I placed the order, she gave me updates on the delivery status and checked with me afterward to see if everything had gone OK. She was truly the best salesperson I have ever encountered.
As for Macy’s in general, I was surprised that at that time, prices for the kind of leather sofa set I wanted were significantly lower than at other stores. Plus they had the furniture in stock, while many stores were out and could not deliver for several months. Also, the items at Macy’s came with an exceptionally good warranty.
The only part of the process I would rate lower was the delivery. The delivery people did not exactly provide the white glove service promised in the brochure and did not give me the leather protectant and cleaning products until I asked for them. But they found a box of products somewhere in the truck and did not damage the furniture.
So overall, it was a great experience. The next time I need more furniture, I will check at Macy’s. If I find what I want, I will be giving Becky a call!
