Namaqua is an amazingly welcoming place to explore spirituality and to act on your principles for social justice. The two-year-old home at Pierce and 5th is a lovely old church near Chilson and the Library. Come join us for worship some Sunday and see what I mean.

Unitarian Universalists tend to see themselves on an ethical or spiritual journey, rather than having arrived at a final set of beliefs. The tricky part is in journeying together. The Namaqua congregation does this well, welcoming fellow travelers, who can come as they are, including their own beliefs, doubts, and wonderings. It’s refreshing to be accepted just as you are.

The building itself makes me think of churches in New England. It's quite charming.
The congregation has some of the best people I've ever met. The minister is delightful! I'm very glad I checked Namaqua UU out on a whim!

Yesterday's service was one of the most inspiring yet. The minister along with a volunteer worship associate spoke of perseverance throughout their lives with inspirational readings and music. Intimate, personal and profound words to send us thru our week. One takeaway was a lesson in when NOT to persevere. I am always uplifted by the service and the commeraderie of this congregation.

This is my 7th year serving as Namaqua's minister. This community is a warm, welcoming multigenerational group of people who support one another in our ongoing search for truth and meaning. Together we seek to bring more joy and justice into the interconnected world we all share.

Namaqua UU is a place where you can feel welcome just as you are and wherever you are on your spiritual journey. For me, it has been a place to find community and explore what it is I believe without judgment.

I love this community that commits itself to love and justice within and beyond its walls. You won't find a warmer, more progressive, spiritual community in Loveland.
