Long Term Care Good Day Pharmacy

I am a Wellness Coordinator at an assisted living facility and one of the most important parts of my job is making sure all the residents have the proper medications and that they never run out of medication. Good Day makes this so easy for me, they will hunt down the refills instead of me spending hours on the phone calling doctor's offices trying to get refills. All the medications come automatically once a month, saving me the time of having to reorder medication. A lot of times the resident will go to an appointment and the doctor will add new medication and I don't always get the order from the doctor, but Good Day will not only send the new medication the same day they also fax me a copy of the order. Customer service is amazing they are all very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this pharmacy. I didn't know how easy this part of my job could be until we started using Good Day.

This pharmacy is FANTASTIC! They always get back to us in a timely manor, deliver medication to our building quickly, and our enormous cyclefill is delivered with little to no mistakes. Me, as well as my company, could not say enough wonderful things about the Good Day team.

I have used GoodDay Pharmacy for over 14 years. As long as I send a new order in by 4:00 PM I will have it that night. GoodDay has worked with me through insurance issues, refill issues, and new resident issues. I know they are as concerned about my residents as I am. Goodday has been great to work with and so helpful when there are problems or issues.

Just got a really great lecture from the person answering the phones. Apparently I needed to know that they have five days to get refills out to the customer. She asked me three times if I knew their policy. Also, I was surprised to know that I needed to know that they fill 1k prescriptions a day. All I needed to know was why I called in 6 refills and only two items got delivered. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. Needless to say all the prescriptions are in the process of being transferred to Walgreens.

They didn't deliver my NEW, NECESSARY drugs until 10:30pm last nite. NO call, NOTHING.
