I had two of my smart car keys programmed here and not only was the service quick and easy they were the best price in the area

I had an excellent experience doing business with LockTech, and would recommend them to anyone. Ted was extremely helpful with my safe and even took the time to help me carry it to and from my car since I'm a little person. Ted went above and beyond to assist me. He is also very friendly and kind. I can say with full confidence that my fiance and I received excellent customer service from the Locktech team and would do business with them again.

Austin helped me out with my 2012 ram 1500. Dude was EXTREMELY personable, and did an amazing job!!! I called multiple places, and these guys were the cheapest by at least 50%! Fantastic work! Took him literally 6 minutes to program both my keys! These guys are dope! 110% recommend them!!

Brian was a nice easy going guy. Helped right away for a fair price to cut off a lock that didn't hold up to winter weather proofing. Couldn't get the key in so he cut the lock for us and we were good to go. Thankful for the reasonable rate and good service.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Made my keys that have been hard to copy easy with the right blanks and good cuts on all of them the first try. I will be back soon with some vehicle chip keys.

Had a unique problem needing extra keys to a pinball machine front and back. Ted spent a couple of weeks trying to find this seemingly one of a kind blank and when he couldn't come up with one called me back as promised. We talked about it a bit more and I wound up back in his store to seek a plan "B". He didn't give up on the challenge, was always positive and professional and as a result did come up with a creative solution. It was clear that to him, my problem was his problem. And he solved it. This is the kind of service and attention you get when you "shop local". Highly recommend Locktech and Ted.

Over the top service! I needed a key cut for my truck toolbox. Their cutter was in Greeley and well, they got me keys cut quickly. Then the lock was a bit contaminated with paint from a previous owner. The Tech got it working smoothly! Wooohooo! Great service! 🙏❤😎🤙

LockTech has long been my first choice on the occasions when I've needed to have a duplicate key made. They have a large inventory of key blanks; and they've always gotten it right the first time, so that I've never had to come back and have a key re-cut. Recently, I had a somewhat more complicated problem: I dropped my car key onto the pavement in a parking lot, shattering the key case (fortunately, the electronics still worked). I took the broken key to LockTech, but this time they did not have in stock the replacement key case that I needed. The person who assisted me, Ted, said he would try to locate one. The next day, as promised, he called me with the results of his search. Rather than order the key case from the manufacturer -- which would have meant a potentially long delay -- he directed me to a local hardware store that happened to have just one left. He had asked them to put it aside for me, and I was able to get my key repaired right away. No trouble, no stress. I highly recommend LockTech for excellent customer service, above and beyond duty. Fantastic service from really nice, knowledgeable professionals.
I had a couple unusual issues after a criminal stole my house & motorcycle keys. Locktech worked out everything calmly & professionally.
And they don’t just operate out of a van, their showroom in downtown Loveland has all sorts of quality security devices on display. Tho I didn’t use all their services, I’m sure that their professionalism would be through for any situation.

I want this review to reach the right people. Today I called at 443 to ask for keys to be cut. I said I was 10 minutes away. The man in the phone said sure no problem. When I arrived the gentleman here said he could not cut my key because he had turned off his machine and was taking it to greeley location because they had broke their machine. I said that would have been nice to know on the phone. As I was walking away he said come on it I'll take care of you. He explained that the phones are routed to another location. This locksmith is the way it should be. He cut my keys saved my day. His name is Ted. This man earned my business and saved this company from a very negative experience and review. This is the only locksmith I'll use from now on. It is sad to hear that Ted will be retiring soon as I'll have to fine a new one. Ted should be rewarded for his customer service and truly is a great value to this company. Thanks again Ted!

We had a safe that refused to open after we moved it. In the course of multiple phone calls, Cory talked us through the problem and our options. In the end, one of his suggestions worked, and without even a house visit! We are so impressed by the customer service -- this guy really knows his stuff!

Went to locktech last week to get a key programmed for my car. Brian was the tech who helped me that day. He was very professional and friendly explained everything very well. It only took about about 15 minutes and I was done. I highly recommend going to see these guys! They saved me a lot of money and i didn't have to fork out 400 dollars that the dealership wanted to charge me.

Brian & Matthew came out to get our locks rekeyed at our new home and they were so great to work with. Respectful, efficient, and made sure we got everything we needed done right. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good locksmith.

Cory did an awesome job made out our whole day!! We had been without a vehicle for 3+ months. We call greeley lock and key and they sent him to us. He tried regular programming and when that didn't work we almost gave up hope, Cory went above and beyond and said give me a min I have one more idea went to the shop came back and before we knew it he had the vehicle running!! We r so appreciative to him he was very nice on time and did everything he could to help us!! Brian G showed up within 10 mins of me calling for help. He was super kind and helpful as well as extremely fast. Honestly wouldn’t go with any other company between Clay who took my call and Brian who unlocked my vehicle i was very pleased with the professionalism and quality of their service!

Last night, I locked myself out of my house(long story but make sure you have your keys when programming a smart lock) and called several locksmiths but nobody was available. I called Locktech and Brian was over at my house in less than 40min! He told me the brand of lock I had was unpickable but he had this really cool tool that would cut a key for my lock and it worked!

I was looking to buy a large gun safe, and have it delivered for my husband as a surprise. Everyone I worked with from Eddie at the front office to Derek the owner was absolutely, hands-on, first class, amazing! Considering that I was completely clueless right from the start, the company asked me all the right questions that allowed them to know what safe would be perfect for my husband! As a bonus, they even found one that I thought was pretty enough to be on display in our finished basement! It is a win - win in my book! We are customers for life and will recommend everyone to Locktech!

My wife's car key was broken, locktech order only what was needed. I went by the Loveland location and they cut the key but found out that it had to be programmed. The technician programmed the key for my wife's car. They quoted me $45.00 for the new key and charged me that amount. They should have charged me an additional $135.00 for the programming but they kept the quote. Super great service and definitely calling them again for any lock services.
