We first met Stanna when purchasing a single item off the clearance floor. She gave us time & attention as if we were making a huge purchase. Since then, we have gone back several times, making various size purchases with her help & she continues to give us time, attention & guidance. We purchased a condo in Nashville, TN & needed everything from furniture to bedding. I told her I wanted a green velvet couch, an art deco vibe & we gave her the floor plan & she went to work. She puts together a whole inspiration table (one example pictured) to help us understand the design & it is incredibly helpful. She made my vision come to life in a way I couldn’t have done on my own and we’re so grateful to have found her. We’re currently working with her on some updates in our home & I can’t wait for the finished product. I know it will be amazing!

I, along with my husband, chose to use Ethan Allen for our next project. The first person we met upon entering the store was Kelly Lathrop. She was smiling and very inviting and after discussing our project she allowed us to look around the store on our own and then come to her with questions. We found the couch shape (Hyde) we loved and the Harris Chair. When she came to the house to measure and get ideas, as you can see how she made our home look like it is straight out of Southern Living. Kelly did a magnificent job and I would like to thank her for her beautiful insight into our project.

We have always enjoyed the beauty and quality of the Ethan Allen furniture that our parents chose. Now when it is our turn to purchase new furniture we see the same beauty and quality. Stanna Thourot has been very friendly and helpful in guiding us in our purchase. She came to our home and got a feel for the things we like, and then at our next appointment she had a complete plan with colors and designs that were fresh and appealing to us...things we had not thought of. We really appreciate the time Stanna took to help us choose just the right furniture.

Stanna provided us with new ideas to consider. She was skillful at taking measurements and ensuring the color combinations would fit our area. We've had compliments from all of our guests and we share that Stanna provided us great service. She asked critical questions to help us narrow our vision to ensure we'd be pleased with the purchase. We highly recommend Stanna and the Ethan Allen team. Quality products that will last us another 30 years!

Kelly Lathrop is wonderful. She has helped me on several different occasions in different rooms in my home. She listens to what her customers want and puts together amazing and interesting ideas to make your space "one of a kind". No cookie cutter designer here.... Kelly can think outside the box and create a living space that is high quality and individualized. I will be contacting her very shortly for my next home project..

We've been Ethan Allen customers for years and have always appreciated the design, quality, construction and numerous fabrics and finishes that EA offers. We recently purchased furniture for a new home and had the pleasure of working with Stanna Thourot for our overall design and selections. Stanna was amazing to work with through the entire process. She created a full floor plan of our new house and provided some initial recommendations for pieces that would fit in the various rooms and spaces. After exploring the showroom and identifying fabrics, textures, and styles that we liked, Stanna was able to recommend multiple options for each piece of furniture we planned on purchasing. She provided 3D renderings of the final design. She kept us informed throughout the shipping process. Finally she joined us at the house when the furniture arrived to make sure that everything was properly arranged and that we were completely happy with the end results. Thank you so much Stanna! My name is Amy Moore and my husband and I I had the pleasure of purchasing four rooms of Ethan Allen furniture this year. My parents saved so they could purchase “the best” and I am delighted to say the furniture and accompanying rugs are still worth every penny. To make the experience even better we had the opportunity of working with interior designer Stanna Thourot. After showing her our preferences, she presented us with gorgeous pictures and selections depicting what our home could look like. The fabrics are vivid and complementary and her vision looks incredible in our home. Thanks EA! We are delighted!

We love our Ethan Allen furniture. We purchased several furniture pieces and I know these pieces will last a lifetime. I loved being able to customize our fabric upholstered bed. There are too many beautiful options because it's very difficult to make a single choice. We had a 12-week wait for our bed since it was a custom order, but it was worth the wait. The designer we worked with was great as well (I wish I could remember his name to give him credit).

We just received our custom sofa from Ethan Allen and could not be more pleased. Stanna Johnston was our design consultant and she was awesome! From helping us choose fabrics to keeping us updated on delivery status and even checking with us after the sofa was delivered. We were able to call ahead and set up design appointment and we highly recommend working with Stanna!

We worked with Kelly Lathrop and she was awesome. We went in with vague ideas of the redecorating project we had in mind. Kelly met with us and LISTENED and then was able to point us in the right direction to pull together a design plan and specific pieces and fabrics that we as a team chose to give us exactly what we imagined. Kelly shepherded us through the shipping process, staying on top of delivery details then showed up for the delivery and helped us pull everything together. The result was a living space we love. We couldn’t have done it without Kelly’s hard work and good ideas. She was a joy to work with.

I orderd beautiful dining chairs from Ethan Allen, letting the sale person know that I was in no hurry. She let told me that it may be a while as everything was moving slower because of Covid. This was fine with me. About a month later I called to see if there was an expected date on delivery of the chairs. The store would research and get back to me. I received an email and a phone call from Carrie Brown. She discovered that the person who sold me the chairs was no longer with Ethan Allen. She had, in fact, left the day after my puchase and left no folllow up instructions concerning her sales with pending deliveries. Carrrie Brown at Ethan Allen, Johnstown Parkway stepped in immediately, reordered the chairs and kept me informed on progress. She contacted me every other week with updates and was ready to answer any questions that I had. When my chairs arrived in the main Colordo warehouse, she again contacted me to confirm a delivery date. After delivery, Carrie followed through with a sweet email. Every order does not alway go smoothly - we are all human. It was the fact that Carrie Brown persisted, followed through, and saw my issue to complete resolution. Fabulous!

We have been using Ethan Allen's design services and working with Stanna for about a year now. Stanna did a great job of putting together designs for a couple rooms in our home. She focused on our design tastes, requests, and existing colors in our home to create wonderful spaces that we love! Stanna has been patient and easy to work with as we slowly purchase the pieces we want as budget allows. She has been great a communicating the status of our orders with a monthly update while we wait on production and delivery. We will definitely keep working with Stanna and going back to Ethan Allen for quality service and quality products!

We love our new Ethan Allen furniture. We had the best experience working with the EA designer Kelly at the Johnstown, CO Store. She did an outstanding job and is a pleasure to work with. We hope to complete more projects with her in the future. Thank you Kelly for making our new house a home!

The quality of Ethan Allen furniture is excellent! I’ve been working with Stanna Johnston and can’t say enough about her professionalism and talent as a designer. She has an eye foe color and fabrics! You can tell she loves her job. I will definitely work with Stanna on every project!

Kelly Lathrop is amazing with ideas, communication and patience! She helped me and my husband find a sofa, which was not easy. My other half has to try all of his choices, take and review pictures of them and then try all choices again. Kelly brought many fabrics to our house to make the best selection for our space. She even helped with suggestion for pieces we already had, decide on fabric that we bought by the yard and referred us to an upholsterer.She has kept us up to date on the progress of our furniture. I would for sure work with Kelly again and refer friends to her. Thanks for all that you have done for us.

We loved our experience with Kelly Lathrop at Ethan Allen. We were in need of a complete set of furniture for our new living room and were unsure of the style, arrangement and amount of pieces we would need. Kelly really listened to what we shared regarding our likes, dislkes and lifestyle and designed a beautiful living room that we are quite happy with. She was always open to our suggestions. We would highly recommend Kelly and would welcome the opportunity to work with her again in the future.

To start, my wife and I spent months and months looking for the "right" couch and loveseat for our home. We went to EVERY store that sold furniture in the Front Range. We had very specific needs and wants and weren't willing to waiver. It was truly exhausting (for me ;-))!
We finally decided to visit Ethan Allen (thinking they were too expensive) in Johnstown. Luckily, we were introduced to Stanna Thourot. She was / is awesome!
My wife and Stanna hit it off right away and she started showing her all kinds of colors and materials. It was a bit overwhelming at first to decide, we ended up leaving with a really good feeling about the store, mainly because Stanna took the time to explain the options thoroughly.

Soon after, my wife went back to visit Stanna again, they collaborated for a short time and we ended up ordering a couch, chair and a half plus a custom ottoman.
It was a bit more than we initially wanted to spend, but learning about the overall quality of their furniture we knew it was the right thing to do.

Stanna kept us informed the whole time while we waited during these crazy times. I truly believe that if it wasn't for Stanna, we may have not purchased from there. She is a true asset to their overall success!!!
