Christian at town hall is very helpful. I highly recommended working with Berthoud Town Hall for any town related business.

Still pending for a permit to remove a tree that is going to take place Sept. 29th and haven't heard anything. What is the holdup as I can't reschedule the removal or I get charged.

Theresa Morgan took down my missing posters. Didn’t call the number on them telling me why or rules regarding. Approached me in a very rude manor while walking. Then BLATANTLY LIED to me about them being “excessive and on every corner of intersections”. I guess she wanted to feel justified for her actions of interfering with our search efforts because she knew what she did was WRONG. Not even her boss informed us of the rules and he acted like this wasn’t a problem. NOT neighborly. NOT providing service to community. Horrible, insensitive and caused us much more stress. Would they do this to grieving parents of missing children? Absolutely. Negative stars.

The road department at public works is a joke, blatantly wasting taxpayers money with the over use of pavement markings, as well as placement of certain markings making commuters confused, hopefully things can change but not to certain that will happen,

I've lived in Berthoud for almost 4 years now I've had my house broken into and the outside of my home vandalized. I have proven who it is and they refuse to enforce the laws of the people of this community Sergeant Anderson is nothing but a con job and a liar. The mayor just blows hot air to everyone. I think it's time for the people of this city to stand up in an impeach them

Please patrol roads for speed and agressive drivers more. YOU can help do something about it Berthoud. Hwy 287, County rd 23, Hwy 66, Hwy 36.

Absolute worst utility billing experience I've ever had and the people working here could care less. I'd give it negative stars if it were possible.
