Northern Colorado Rehabilitation Hospital

I have worked in Healthcare 36 years and been an RN for over 27 years and I have never been in a better facility in my life. Staff greet you with a smile, are kind, competent and encouraging. From the PCTs, PT/OT, dietary, cleaning staff, Doctors, PA, RT, nurses and case workers, this is a world class facility. Would recommend it to anyone looking for rehab. I was 15 hours from home and was without family for 5 days and they made me feel like family. ❤

This facility is simply amazing. The professionalism and quality of service is incredible. There is nothing I can say that is even a slight bit negative. The in-patient rehabilitation was beyond my expectations. Special thanks to PT Alli, Hanna and Raven, OT Brenda and Olivia, ST John and case manager Megan. The nursing staff and Doctors are amazing as well, with special thanks to Tiara, Claire, Holly and Doctors Arragonte and Doctor Campbell. I apologize if I forgot any of the amazing staff, but each and everyone was simply the best. Oh and the food was very good, much better then I expected. If I could rate this facility or staff higher I would give them more star's. I will drive the 80 miles each way a few time a week to finish up my out-patient rehabilitation, it will be well worth it. Phil is the absolute best. He is kind and observant and never leaves a person hanging. He above and beyond.

This place is truly amazing. The therapists are the best at challenging you, building trust and giving you confidence that you didn't know you had. If your lucky enough to get Alli and Brenda, you will really be in good hands. All the staff is friendly, supportive, professional and knowledgeable in rehabilitation. If you need the rehabilitation they provide and your in northern Colorado; I highly recommend this rehabilitation hospital.

All of the OT , PT people have been so good professional and friendly , make it fun to do therapy, get your strength back so we can get back to living our lives again ! Thank you to everyone ! I will be back for more therapy until my hip is back to normal or close anyway !

The staff there was amazing super nice they all just had great spirits and it was a pleasure to meet and to get to know all of them. Amy OT is an amazing woman very bubbly and you can tell she loves what she does and I truly enjoyed her soul. Jessica K PT and Brian PT and Huvier PT was super patience and very helpful and encouraging through my stay and they all as well have great personalities and very welcoming. There isn't enough thanks I can give to them for all of there hard work and patience they had given me. Now the nursing staff Katie, Ben are just amazing and I enjoyed getting to know them they have wonderful souls and are very welcoming and helpful. PTC I enjoyed all of them I had a lot with trainees and was hard for me to remember them all but hands down the best facility I have ever been to with such amazing staff. I also had the pleasure of meeting summer and that woman is also a lovely soul and very uplifting person and I'm grateful to have gotten to meet her. Cory in the kitchen makes wonderful food and is a very welcoming person as well and truly enjoys what he does and actually takes time to get to know the patients. Northern Colorado Rehab is great! They took care of my mom for 3 weeks and it was a great experience. We’d recommend them to anyone. The staff is very caring and attentive. The PT portion was very helpful and she was much stronger upon her release. You can tell that the staff wants to be there and they want to help. Everyone was wonderful from the case manager to the nursing staff to the cleaning crew. It was a great and refreshing experience for our family.

This is an amazing facility! My husband spent time here after being in the hospital with a hematoma that left him barely able to walk. He walked out one week later with the nurses and staff giving him a standing ovation, which is their custom when patients leave. The care was marvelous and we will highly recommend NCRH to anyone who needs top quality rehabilitation!

Amazing staff. Great service. They do their best to help you recover. Everyone here has been a blessing. They check up on you to make sure you're okay. Everyone from kitchen staff to nurses to therapist I mean every one here is amazing. Thank you for all your help. I'm looking forward to becoming independent again one day at a time it's worth it here thank you I appreciate everyone. I really enjoyed my time here. Everyone was professional and cared for me.
One suggestion from my stay would be to ensure that the cleaning staff would take the time to sweep and mop the bedroom floors. Throughout my 2 week stay, there were crumbs and things on the floor that the cleaning staff never swept up.

My youngest brother was placed here and everyone has been amazingly caring and helpful, caring and professional. I mean everybody from nurse staff, to Albert Maintenance he has this place spotless and so friendly. The kitchen staff are amazingly caring. And caring about food and presentation, my brother is happy here they treat our family with respect. We go home knowing that my brother will be ok. Nurse Shelly is amazing. Thank you everyone. CEO Brenda your doing a great job. All the patients seen comfortable and happy.

I had to go to this rehabilitation hospital after having a severe accident. I was here for about a week and the staff and nurses were amazing! They definitely care about you and make sure you’re comfortable. I had a lot of different nurses through my stay but Jenn was one that I’ll never forget. She made me feel like I wasn’t alone and always helped even when she wasn’t my nurse. Meghan was also the best case manager. She went above and beyond to help me and my family. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in need of rehab.

Having been to a few rehabs supporting family, this one truly shines. Exceptional organization, a competent and friendly staff. This facility instills confidence, ensuring family members are in good hands.

Hands down, best staff and facilities that anyone could ask for. I was absolutely amazed at how well the staff were, both caring and professionalism. Never once did I have to wait more than 10 minutes for any type of help or pain relief. PT and OT staff were incredible, listen carefully to my needs and want to a quick recovery and made it happen. Everyone at this facility was remarkable!

I was so impressed with the professionalism, courtesy and even some fun companionship. For being in extreme pain for most of rehab time, your outstanding staff actually made it comfortable and even dare I say it, enjoyable and I miss them all, from the techs, the nurses, aids and the sanitary staff. Thank you for a superb visit. The reason this is so late, Apr 2, 2020 was my discharge, today is October18th is I don't know how to use my phone.

It is a great facility, the people genuinely seem to care the food is good the nurses were fantastic as was everybody else on staff there I highly recommend this place

Took wonderful care of my mother. Therapists, Nurses, Aides and Doctors were all great. Saw the doctor every day along with the case worker. Someone was always quick to respond to any call for assistance. Excellent communication to patient and family. Facilities and even the food was top notch. Made a difficult time a whole lot easier.

I would like to say thank you to all the staff you were also great. My therapists Jessica, Ben K. and Laura were very helpful in helping me get stronger and heal faster. I received kind and healthy care at Northern Colorado Rehab Hospital. Everything is focused toward planning for resuming your lifestyle at home. This is a rehabilitation facility, not a nursing home with some rehab. The therapy team consists of both PT and OT who work together harmoniously, and they are both kind yet tough to inspire you. I became stronger & more aware of how to be safe at home. They have only hugs & appreciation from me!

The staff here is amazing from the nurses to the housekeepers, aides, therapists, doctors, case managers, kitchen staff, and everyone else in between. I was here for almost 2 weeks following a spine surgery and the progress I made there within just a couple of weeks was incredible. They all work together to ensure best practice in patient care and it's obvious they are invested in their patients wellbeing. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of in-patient rehabilitation.
