Ross Family Dentistry

This was my first time at Ross family dentistry and it was a great experience. I have a huge fear of the dentist and they made sure I was comfortable and stress free. The front desk ladies were very welcoming and Dr.Bock was great and very informal. Sophia and Liz were great help with my new patient exam, preparing me for the doctors. Brent did an awesome job cleaning and polishing my teeth. I would highly recommend this office for your dental necessities!

I have been coming to Ross Family dentistry for 6 years now and I even moved my kids and husband over because the customer service is exceptional! The office staff is always so friendly and welcoming and I actually enjoy my cleanings and chatting with my hygienist, Steph. Dr. Ross is very personable and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough!

Dr. Bock is fantastic. I have a sensitive mouth and am probably a difficult patient because I am particular and I get anxious about things being “off” in my mouth. She listens very well and was able to replace a botched crown (from another dentist that could do it same day but it popped off at least 3 times in 2 years) to my satisfaction and with a solid approach that she explained to me in hopes to fix the issue. I wish the office was open on Fridays, but I do appreciate that they are available for emergency calls and have been timely in getting me in quickly when I have an issue (like the broken crown). My cleanings are considerate, thorough and time efficient. I don’t feel like she’s trying to pad her pocketbook by making up issues in my mouth, and I like that there is at least watching areas and keeping me up to date.

Everyone in the office is incredibly friendly too. Dr. Ross is also knowledgeable and does a great job communicating. I’ve been there for years and never had billing issues. Seriously, this is a great dental office.

I used to go to a chain dental office but after several terrible experiences, I just avoided the dentist altogether. After enduring some tooth pain, I took to Google to find a new dentist. After reading a ton of reviews and looking at websites, I found Ross Family Dentistry. Even as an anxious-avoidant patient, they made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Jasmine at the front desk is very kind and helpful. Texting her about appointments or with any questions is always responded to quickly with kindness and understanding. Liz and Dr. Bock are incredibly caring and really take the time to get to know you and make sure you’re comfortable all throughout the visit. They are both great at answering questions and explaining what is happening in your mouth. You can feel confident in the treatment they provide. I have never felt any judgement from them about any dental issues I’ve worried over and I feel that is extremely valuable when you have avoided dental care like I have. Kathleen is amazing at helping you figure out how to make your insurance really work for you and helping you find other options when it doesn’t work. I have never truly liked a dental team like I do with Ross Family Dentistry, I regret not finding them sooner! Thank you all for the amazing care you provide your patients!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ross, Stephanie, and the entire front desk staff at Ross Family Dentistry. They are all very competent, friendly, warm, and caring. Dr Ross was willing to try to fix a problem in my mouth that was causing me significant discomfort and she fixed it; I am so grateful to her. Stephanie is an excellent hygienist and a very nice person, both of which are understatements. I have a lot of confidence in everyone there, and I recommend Ross Family Dentistry without reservation. I live in north Fort Collins and it is well worth the drive.

As someone who has dreaded going to the dentist in the past, I can truly say Dr. Anne Ross is the best dentist that I have ever had. I drive from Longmont and would honestly drive from hours away to stay with this office. From the moment you call or walk into the office you are greeted with a warm welcome and appreciation as an individual from the front office staff including the wonderful Kathleen, Jordyn and Jasmine! They are the best :) My hygienist, Stephanie is knowledgable, thorough, gentle and kind and one of my favorite people. The actual dental work done is excellent and I absolutely trust Dr. Ross and her treatment recommendations. I especially love that she often provides options for more assertive treatment or with some issues, a wait and see approach.This is a shame free office and as someone with less than ideal teeth, I immensely appreciate this. I have referred family members and everyone has reported a positive experience with Dr. Ross or Dr. Bock. You won’t regret choosing this office if you are looking for a dentist. We are so lucky to have them in our community!

Dr. Colleen Bach is the most amazing Dentist. She and her staff have transformed my smile from near total devastation into a very healthy and happy one. I cannot recommend you go see her highly enough!

Great office! Friendly and professional staff. Dr Ross is experienced and knowledgeable - always willing to answer questions and discuss options without feeling rushed. Office communication regarding appointments, billing, and just answering questions is always good. Finally found a family dentist we can trust and "enjoy" going to... as much as you can enjoy dental visits. 😀

The Ross Family Dentistry practice is just wonderful. I changed dentists a little over 2 years ago after my old dentist retired. It can be stressful to find a dentist you can trust. Dr Ross is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and compassionate. I've found that the best dentists are both scientists and artists, Dr Ross is both! The hygienists and assistants are talented and caring and the entire staff is always welcoming and completely transparent with regard to billing, scheduling, etc. I'm so glad I found Dr Ross!
