Kayla was so very nice while I was shipping UPS. We couldn't get the address matched, and she was very patient with me until I figured it out. Great price on shipping! Definitely will be back for all my shipping needs!

I don’t understand the comments about staff being rude. I’ve been going here for the last 5 years and have NEVER encountered a rude staff member. Maybe they were just having a bad day. It happens to all of us. They are friendly and service is quick. I use them for all of my Amazon returns.

The UPS store is wonderful. The associates are extremely quick, patient, helpful, competent, friendly, and they know me by name. That is amazing. I appreciate them all.

There was a bit of a line, actually two lines with Amazon returns, etc. and people were grumbling, but the workers were very professional and did their jobs well and in a timely manner!

The store was starting to get a little busy when I arrived, Angel was working hard and addressed everyone who came in (that was so nice!) and then he called me over, completed the transaction in a fraction of a second, and was ready to help the next person.

Please disregard some of the negative reviews. I have had a mailbox at this location for 7+ years, and Julie and the staff are always very cordial, professional and fantastic. Yes, it gets a little busy at this location, but I have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. They do a wonderful job in handling the numerous customer requests. Put yourself in their shoes people, and have some common courtesy when you walk into a business. I go here 3-4 times each week, and there's always one or two customers that are inconsiderate and rude to the staff. This is a great store!

Helpful with my packages today, but his positive energy and upbeat vibe recharged me for the day. I hate Saturday errands and he is the most top notch customer service employee I have come across in a long time. Make sure he knows he is a value to ups!

Everyone’s awesome there ! I love coming in when it’s the 3 girls working I don’t go as much but when I do I go Saturdays since the two new girls started because they all work together and it’s awesome service ! The manager is amazing at fixing mistakes/ proving help (she’s brunette) and other new girls are just super good at what they do (blonde girl) last time I was in latina girl (and I say latina because I heard her speak Spanish but don’t know her name, she has black hair)she’s very nice and patient with elders. You guys work as a team which is amazing ! Thank you for your service .

Rebecca and Bobby are the best! I have had a mailbox with these guys for years with the best experience! Excellant customer service, known by name and box number, always going above and beyond to help. I am impressed and recommend this location to anyone needing shipping services.

Friendly and helpful lady at front counter. Polite on phone and answered my questions about returning Comcast equipment for a friend. Fast and speedy. Was in and out in minutes. Location is easy to access right by front entrance with plenty of parking.

I absolutely love the guy who delivers to us!! He is so formal and friendly and always has a pep in his step. He introduced himself right out of the gate! I really hope he continues to be our delivery guy, his name is Landon and I look forward to our interactions ever time! :)
