I've been going to this bait shop my entire life that I can remember and I'm 43 years old we've always stopped there on the way to our favorite lakes and we're really happy that the place is open and doing well and has so many different options for fishing equipment and bait. Thank you Dave you did a great job helping us. Next time have leeches for me though hahaha

Nicest bait shop in the area!

Was really surprised about this place. Decided to do a last minute fishing trip and didnt plan out a route or bait and found this place on the trip up. Selection was good and prices are good. They have a self serve bait station out front for early folks and if its empty that probably means you are late to the party or someone decided to clean out the tub before you.

The staff is friendly and have a variety of bait. I have never had a problem with minnows being dead. The bait is active, hardy and plentiful scoops. I always buy my bait here for those reasons. 65 Bait is well worth driving 20 minutes out of the way to get to the cabin.

While passing though we passed through just for the fun of showing my daughter all the different baits. We were treated well. I look forward to using this shop when near.

The gentleman running the shop was incredibly kind, helpful and informative. We had an amazing experience here! I highly recommend stopping in!

This is the best bait store in Minnesota. The owner is great. He stops what he is doing to greet customers. They don't count out 12 Shinners when you buy a dozen, yuou always get more. I Go here over tthe bait store that is only a mile away from the cabin.

Just left 65 bait. Always has and always will be the BEST baitshop. Generous amount of bait and helpful with current lake conditions. Even gave us a few extra containers to split up our bait so we dont have to keep handing containers back and forth. To top it off he had a frozen bottle of water foe us to keep the bait fresh. If you are going north on hwy 65, stop there!
