Holiday Inn Express & Suites Huntsville Airport, an IHG Hotel

I was very satisfied with my stay on 2/15, the few days I stayed was very quiet, clean and the price was reasonable. The room was very very clean the staff were really nice and respectful and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is interested in coming to Huntsville or anywhere in the Madison area.. I was a very satisfied customer.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is available and delicious. Staff is awesome. My second time at this location and would come back.

Great hotel in the Madison area. Convenient to the airport with a shuttle available. The rooms are modern and clean. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is hot and hearty! Would reccommend.

Tori is an incredible asset to the hospitality of IHG. She was so cordial and helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was fantastic. My only concern was the close business nearby with forklift beeping early morning. Understandably, you can't always help that. Thank you.

Very new or recently renovated. Convenient location very close to the HSV airport. It was about fifteen minutes from my work location on Redstone Aressenal.

Amazing experience. My 15 yr old/friends enjoyed his bday party! Keisha and Wanda were amazing. Went above and beyond for me and my family. Both had amazing customer service which a big on.. Breakfast was a amazing and Danica was a breath of fresh air. I cant speak enough about them or this hotel. Suites were super nice and comfy. Didn't even feel like I was in my city felt like I was out of town in a luxury hotel... Definitely will be my hotel to use in Huntsvegas!!

Clean, nice, helpful staff. Some construction, but they finished early. Rooms were nice and the black out curtains were a plus. Dove soap was great.

Mini fridge was noisy so I had to unplug it. Otherwise I would have given the stay 5 stars all around.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Checked in, checked out - no delays or issues whatsoever. The breakfast options were varied, and all seemed to be fresh and very well taken care of in terms of keeping up with demand and keeping things clean and neat. Housekeeping was very nice as well. The hotel as a whole in the common areas, elevators and the room upon arrival were very clean and everything worked perfectly as expected.

All in all a very nice and effortless stay, will definitely prefer to book here again if I'm sent back to the area for work again.

Wonderful stay. The woman at the front desk was Tori. She gets 5 stars from us. She was very helpful. The hotel was full and she was tired but she stayed very professional. Good job!

Very Very nice place. The place is so clean and beautiful inside it's hard to believe it's 10 years old, management and workers are doing a wonderful job, keep it up! Indoor pool but no hot tub, seems they just recently got rid of it because signs for it are still up. Waffle House is right next door.We stayed here to visit the space center which is less than 10 minutes away. We were very pleased and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

I had a 100% positive experience during my stay here. The hotel was very clean and seemed to be new. The rooms and furniture were in very good condition and was equipped with your standard refrigerator and microwave. The beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. Continental breakfast was available at that time, and I looked forward to that each morning. The staff was friendly and always smiling. Finally, the location was very good with several good restaurants in walking distance. I plan on returning in July and will stay right here at the Holiday Inn Express!

Good location, near airport, nice bright rooms and great breakfast.

Wonderful folks there. Vary welcoming and friendly and helpful. The room above me had some very noisy guests and when I called to tell them about it they were very nice and said they would talk to them about it. It did help. ( It sounded like a kid jumping off the beds or doing cartwheels. It was very loud) This was between 9:30 and 11:30 pm so it was difficult to get to sleep.

We loved it and the price was good too love the indoor pool but wish it was heated breakfast was very good and free! The lady serving the breakfast and cleaning the tables was super nice and friendly even going out of her way to get me a tray to carry back to my room. Super nice lady and hard worker I could tell because she never stopped working the whole time we were there eating breakfast. She deserved a larger tip that we could give! LOL and probably a raise! Staff was very friendly and helpful going out of their way to get us an early check in and light check out. The only problem was the over anxious cleaning staff knocking on our door even though we had a late check out and had the do not disturb card hanging on the door knob. I know they got a job to do but damn can you not take a hint even when you've been told we have a late check out. I bet they get a lot of cusssings. But other than that overall great place to stay. A1

P.S. Oh we'll be back we have close family in Huntsville we visit regular. I'm glad I was wrong about the pool!! It was cloudy and raining all day that day and I guess it just felt cooler to us because of that. Yes the staff was great and Christy is an asset that money can't buy... A caring person. My family was traveling when we stopped for the night to let our kids swim and get some much needed rest. We had a great night's stay at this location. The price was right, the staff were all very friendly, the pool was big, breakfast was actually pretty good and the most important thing to us was our room was really clean. We would highly reccomend this place for a good night's sleep!

We are residents at Madison Landing. A week ago, we lost water to our building for 4 days. The management of our apartment complex was kind enough to put the residents of our building up in the Holiday Inn and Suites. The rooms are very nice and spacious; they have tvs, microwavs, refrigerators, and coffee pots (the coffee pod kind), and the front desk customer service was very friendly and kind to us. They have a pool which I'm sorry to say we didn't get a chance to use, because of our busy schedules, they offer a free full continental breakfast 7 days a week. Yes, I'd highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I love this hotel. I have been here a few times now for work travel and have always had a great experience.

Every time I've been there are always cookies waiting in the main lobby. The staff is courteous, the perfect level of chatty, and quick.

They offer a pretty good complimentary breakfast with hot and cold food with healthy and not so healthy options--something for everyone.

They have a pretty good gym, though it's small. Also, they have a good pool, even though it's small.

The rooms are great also: clean, spacious, and the beds are very comfortable.

A big plus is that it is near the airport and plenty of local shopping. I will always stay here when I go to Huntsville.

The first time I walked into the Holiday Inn Express I noticed how cleanly it was. The person at the counter was friendly and courteous and promptly asked me for my information so that way they can get me into my room. They also provided me information such as when breakfast hours are and also when they have their managers dinner night on Mondays. The rooms are clean and spacious and I do not have a hard time sleeping every night. The shower pressure and hot water is good as well. Lastly the breakfast while not the best breakfast in the world is pretty good and I am satisfied with it.
