Their customer service agents and office manager are the rudest people I have ever talked to if you’ve been avoid these people please do

Bunch of crooks now trying to charge 50$ late fees for being placed on their cut off lists, ON TOP OF your normal late fee. They are also now charging and non refundable deposit called an "origination fee" that is the same amount as their previous deposits. Catch is, is if your water gets shut off, you have to pay a brand new "origination fee" on top of your other fees to get reconnected. 0 stars if possible
