McDonald's

We went to McDonald's around 8:30 and had problems with a girl named Ashlee and when I circled back around a man named William helped us out and was very friendly by far the best y'all have and the young man should be recognized he clearly cares about customer service and has a very positive attitude

The food was cooked to order, and the service was fantastic, as well as the ambiance, very clean.

It looked like there were only 3 people working. The lady at the counter that took our order was very friendly. She acknowledged we were waiting for our order to be taken. She didn't seemed frustrated or anything. She was very calm and polite. Most people that are short handed these days seem stressed out. She did not. Shout out to her and the way she handles herself. Because they were busy.

It's the small things that make a name big.
And these folks pay attention to detail

Service was fantastic! Ordered coffee at 630 pm since we were on a road trip. They asked us to wait while they brewed some fresh coffee then gave us a free pie for the wait. We were fine waiting and didn't ask for anything but they included it with our food as a courtesy. The young lady working the window was very friendly and professional. I forgot to catch her name but I hope she is recognized for her work ethic.

The cashier was very nice. I wish I had gotten her name. My receipt says Adams. She is new and is doing a great job. My iced coffee was delicious as usual and the place was clean like always 😊

11am. I just watched this crew bombarded by customers dine-in, carryout and drive-thru. They came out the other side of it unscathed. They need a raise. The manager was all up in there with the crew. 👍🏼🕶

We always get a breakfast burrito and an iced coffee. McDonald's has the best breakfast

They were friendly and helpful. After stopping at the McDonald's in Priceville and they wouldn't give us melted butter, we left. This was the next McDonald's. They gave me the butter my husband needed for his breakfast. Thank you!

Traveling the day after Christmas often warrants some strong coffee. Leaving Tuscaloosa a little before 5am we then stopped at at two separate 24 hour locations (Cottondale, Bessemer) but realized they probably wouldn’t open before on time the day after Christmas. After stopping near Gardendale and it was still closed a few minutes after 5am it was certainly a welcome relief to find this location open and with such great service. Cranky children and almost an hour into a day long drive, this location was fast, fresh & friendly!

I've been getting breakfast on weekdays here for more than 6 months, never had a single issue!!. Great crew. Great service

Well I went through the drive thru they were very busy of course it was lunch time. The young lady at the pickup window was very nice. Thank you.

The kids loved this adventure. The dolphins were fun to watch.
