I hate Lowe's but they got me out of a bind Saturday and the senior citizens that helped me were knowledgeable and found parts for me in 2 seconds.

Hartselles better than Decatur store even though it's smaller.

It comes down to people. The employees were so helpful and knowledgeable that it over shadowed previous bad experiences.

Had a problem with a faucet I purchased earlier that day and the guy working customer service/returns named Zairy helped me out big time and saved me a lot of trouble. Superior customer service!! Thanks Zairy for your help and professionalism

Even though I had to wait longer than usual at the pick up, it was still a pleasant experience. Beth jumped in and took care of me. The Decatur Lowes has always been very helpful and convenient.

Love my local Lowe's. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I also love being able to submit an order online and pick it up within hours.

I love lowes and have spent thousands $$$ here. I have bought random tools and things but lumber and materials as well. I bought materials to build my privacy fence, dog kennels, and now im remodeling both bathrooms and have spent many hours in and out back and forth and the staff here is always willing to help and give assistance when needed. Will continue to shop here for many years to come.

Great service and found everything I needed.

This location is really nice, the employees provide great customer service and they're very helpful when I'm looking for something I can't automatically find. They also have a really good gardening center, which is a big bonus for me!

I went to Lowe's yesterday to get painting supplies for a project that I'm doing at home. They had absolutely everything I could possibly need to complete my project. This is the first time I've ever attempted to paint something on my own and had no clue what all I needed. The employee helped me pick out all my necessities. They had a wide variety of everything I need from the paint colors, paint brushes and rollers, down to the sandpaper. Also when I was checking out, I had a slight problem with the self checkout. The cashier, Heather, came over and helped me figure it all out. She was very helpful and even offered to help me load everything into my car. Overall my experience was great at Lowe's. I'll definitely be back in the future.

Super helpful people. Wilda in the outdoor section that day is the sweetest retail worker I have ever delt with she knows customer service and care. Hartselle Lowes is my favorite store now.

Friendly service. There were no cashiers open at registers. All self check out. We needed assistance and were promptly helped.

lumber was less quality than expected and all the associates appeared too busy helping others for me to interrupt.
However, the store was very well kept, as they seemed to be adding more merchandise at the time I was there.

There is an employee who works in the lumber department that provides great information and service every time I go to Lowe's in Hartselle Al. I know him by face not by name. He is always willing to lend a hand loading and give great project tips. This guy is an old school go getter

I bought a grill that was on sale and couldn’t pick it up that day. They sold out of the grill that I bought without setting mine aside, so they gave me a grill one model above the one I had purchased and gave me the same price. Obviously they made a mistake, but they more than made up for it. Kudos deserved. Satisfied customer and I have a really nice grill for $135 less than the on sale price of this model.

Needed to do a return and was helped by a super friendly & helpful associate named Adamari that made the whole thing a breeze. 10/10
