Fastest MacDonalds around. The food and service is always great!

theyre doing sonething right to be as busy as they stay. i dont go anymore bc of the lines but thats not their fault

This time was actually really good! They got my order right and even gave me all the sauces and extras I ordered, the food was super fresh, like hot fries that we had to let cool down kind of fresh, and while I had to wait for about 10 minutes or so for them to bring the order out (online pick-up from the app) I feel like it was worth it to have my order as good as it was. They've let me down quite a bit recently, messed up food or missing items, but this was a really great visit and I give them a whole lot of credit for that.

Our family loves this Mickey D’s :) We always get our food very quickly, the line moves super fast and everyone who works in the drive thru is always so friendly - (we never go inside to eat.. but I’m sure that statement also goes for the people who work inside) :) -
** (3/7/23) - I have to post a special shout out to young man, named Hunter, who took our order in the drive thru today, he was just incredibly sweet and helpful!! I very much appreciated his patience and great attitude. :)

Drive thru can get backed up but it moves along smoothly.

On July 5th approximately 8am in the Drive Thru at the Hartselle, AL location we noticed my Frappe was in a much smaller cup than usual and my husband questioned it and a different young lady, Kelly happen to hear and also noticed the cup my husband was holding was wrong and she knew my order and the extras I get and volunteered to redo and fix my Frappe from memory and had us go ahead and pull thru to
wait just a moment and she’d bring it right out. It was only a moment and she did a fantastic job remembering my order and making it really well. So thank you Kelly for taking such great care of me this morning and it was impressive that you knew exactly how my Frappe should be. You’ve got a good one in her McDs. She could potentially be mgmt material one day in the near future. Again, thank you Kelly for the big save. You Rock!!

Always nice good people working there good service also

The staff was so friendly when I came through this evening. Both gentlemen in the drive through were so nice. Their sprite mix had run out, and when I called to let them know (before some rude person did it first) the lady was really sweet and offered to replace it (which I wasn’t worried about it). Thank you to this staff for being so kind!

Drive thru was fast @ efficient. Best coffee in Hartselle🤡🤡🤡🤡 Friendly personnel . Best price for a senior coffee in town !! Thanks Pancakes and sausage good !!

Short line in the drive thru. Order come out quick and the lady in the drive thru had a big smile

These are the best in food service!! They always give me my tea as soon as we get to the 2nd window in the summer. That's is so needed with out air conditioning in a black SUV.

I love Hartselle MC Donalds they are always fresh and nice

Good service, good food. It's a normal McDonald's but it there you'll find fast and kind service

We ordered using coupons that I love to get, we were waiting a few extra minutes so I asked about our order, the gentleman at the register went and made up our order and even gave us an extra quarter pounder for the trouble!!!

Everything was right. Special orders were correct. I wrote a bad review a few months ago. Idk if they have a new mgr, or what, but the quality and efficiency have greatly improved over the last 4-6 weeks.

Service was fast and efficient, a rarity in fast food restaurants these days. I had the plain chicken sandwich. It’s was ok but slightly greasy. I would order it again.

I'm particularly fond of Hartselle's McDonalds. Their Breakfasts & Chicken McNuggets Happy Meals always hit the spot. This McDonalds Drive-Thru always includes napkins, appropriate utensils, & sauces. (Regrettably not all McD stores do as well.)
