Food was delicious 😋 service was good, and everything was made to order. Fresh. Seemed a little short staff, maybe needed one extra hand to do a little detailing to the dining room clean up. Other than that it was a good experience.

This is the most amazing service I have ever had. Staff was friendly and my order was out before I even swiped my card!!! 100/10 definitely !

They tried to poison me with lettuce!!!
Home of the anti-lettuce attempted to slip one past me; however high meat diets provide one the protein to maintain mental quickness which is useful to detect the smallest amount of greenery.

We used the drive through, it was fast moving. The food was good. If you ask for extra sauce, check your bad. A smile goes a long way when you're waiting on customers .

Just got our food from there, easy access, nice building. Friendly staff, correct order and correct food, a plus in my book. Food was piping hot and made correctly.

I am leaving a good review because I love the food but when my wife orders no tomatoes on her gyro that doesn't mean to take them off mine too. Will be back just wanted to make things better.

We enjoyed a good meal; Beef n Cheddar and Classic Roast Beef. Everything at the drive thru went fast, the food was hot and delicious.

I give Arby's a 5 star because I love their roast beef sandwiches! Too me they make the best roast beef other then anyone else! They also have curly fries and crinkled fries so you have a choice of ones or the other. They also have specials going on all the time even if you don't clip the coupons! Go have a delicious moist roast beef sandwich or a wrap with chicken... They serve both also. They have a great menu.

I don't know who the woman is that was working the drive-thru window that night but she was on point and needs to be a manager if she is not one already she made sure everything that I ordered down to the straw and napkins and sauce was in my bag and everything I got was fresh and hot and it is definitely an awesome experience and also she was very polite and courteous and had a smile and I definitely feel that she made everyone who ordered in that drive-thru that night feel a little bit better about their day.

This is one of the few places that are open to eat after I get off of work, which I love... I don't have many options by the time I get off work, so I love their hours. And even though it was pretty late and you know the employees must be tired, I was still taken care of and with a friendly and warm smile.

THE absolute best fast food experience I’ve ever had. They were extremely busy and I still had my food in less than 5 minutes. I don’t get up this way much but they will definitely have my business anytime I’m up this way. The employees even checked on me after I received my food like I was at a nice sit down restaurant. I wish more fast food places operated like this one.

Lawrence is the manager there during the day hours and he has one of the best personalities and customer service I have ever seen in any store of all time😁 He makes sure your meal is correct and hot, he corrects things when it's wrong without doubt in mind . Customer service skills are super in every way and always has a smile on his face. All time favorite place to go when I am hungry. He has one of the purest hearts I know of around my area when it comes to customers and there food safety and skills he is the guy and the restaurant should give him an award I must say I have been to every restraunt andevery place in my area he is the best of all people in customer service and food industry business .. will write Arby's and tell them the same things.
If you want to eat at a friendly place, caring place that has hot food and corrects the meals and replaces them and helps his own employees instead of telling them he is the place to be and Arby's is lucky to have a manager like him.... Thanks Lawrence for making the best of all time experiences of fast food ever around!!!!!!!!! He doesn't know me or my family but we are there at least 3 times a week and he is a man of dedication and determination and I can't help but put the word out there about the exp. And environment of his energetic vibes.... Love this place better than any restaurant in town

As long as they have the freezers fixed? It is a good place to eat. We ate at the hartselle location the first week they opened and the whole family got food poison! Freezers we're not working properly we later found out. We love Arby's but have not had the stomach to go back as of yet.

Awesome service and food is delicious. Staff is very friendly and courteous something you don't see very much. The staff Is amazing.

Really 👍 good. Used drive thru, had multiple sandwiches & fries, food was fresh & HOT. And this was late in the evening ~ they didn't just send out food prepared during rush hour.

The staff was great. I was actually that customer that had to change my order several times, made them wait until I could reach my husband to see what he wanted and they were never rude or complained.

I've been to a lot of Arbys but the lady running this one tonight was on top of her game. Super busy but they moved through it quick. Excellent service and well cooked food.

The people here are amazing. They are so friendly and really work hard to give you exactly what you want. And they always offer to help carry my food when I'm picking up for everyone at lunch.

Loved trying the brisket Bacon Flatbread, Small drink, Curly Fries, & Ghirardelli Chocolate Zebra Brownie for my taste & my dad tried the sliders, curly fries, & more.
