What a PLEASANT experience!!!
Jada was exceptionally helpful!!!
She told me exactly what I needed to do.
I went and did it, returned...
And imagine that...
She had what she needed, in order to do what I needed!!!
I had read some of the reviews on Morgan County DMV, and was expecting the experience to be similar to pulling teeth.
I'm guessing that the "BAD" reviews were from those who are unable to follow instruction.
These ladies have no desire to make you unhappy OR, more importantly, their job harder!!!
If you walk in the door, and need something more than what you have, follow their instruction and be glad that when you return, you won't have to go back.
It's not that difficult people.

This is a nice place you simply walk in to the kiosk click on what you're there for and it prints you a ticket number the tv screen in the waiting room tells you when they call your number as they say it out loud as well as what window to go to.

Hey guys... The Hartselle satellite office has moved! -- They've been telling us for a couple of years. Hopefully Google Maps will change soon and direct you to the new location at 560 Shull Road NE, Hartselle (Road on the West side of Jet Pep, by the Interstate)

I would like to thank the employees of the license office for the job they do each day! I understand that it is very difficult to make each customer happy while following the laws of the state. So for this I commend you for your hard work. Remember that a smile is contagious :)

Came in and took my number.There is a nice air conditioned waiting area with chairs. It took about 30 minutes but much better than standing in line at the courthouse. Clerk was very cordial. Overall good job.

Really like their new location a lot better than the old one. Very nice waiting area with seats and with restrooms.

Everyone who has ever helped me there has been courteous and pleasant. I like have the room in which to wait instead of standing in line.

They go pretty quickly people are very nice in there just cost money you know
