Morgan County Animal Control

As a regular volunteer I have absolutely loved my time here! The staff is wonderful to work with and cares immensely for public safety and the health and safety of the dogs and cats that come in. They do everything they can to get the animals rescued or adopted, and have done a wonderful job on improving shelter quality. Even now they are continuing to try and make the shelter better for all and it shows! If you want a pet, I strongly encourage you to give this place a shot!

Angie and her team were excellent. I recently had a predator try to kill my ducks and Angie came out same day with a solution and plan moving forward. A true example of how to properly operate a business. Thank you so much.

Visited the shelter today and the animals are well taken care of and the staff are helpful and friendly.

They come out promply to pick up stray cat that was hurt

I called animal control to pick up a wild kitten dropped at my house. They told me they do not pick up cats. Someone tell me what's wrong with this picture? I am a responsible pet owner that spays and neuters my pets.

This shelter is trying to kill a beautiful red Doberman because they don't like this dog he has not bitten or hurt anyone but yet there trying to put him under Emily's law and yet they say he is gonna be killed Monday please help stop this from happening I have everything in place for this dog
