Excellent customer service!! Melissa took the time to help me address and answer several questions regarding cell phone return, packaging and tracking in a very professional manner. By far one of the best experiences dealing with the Post Office system. Keep up the good work.

Today I went to the post office asking for the cheapest way to ship a silk scarf. I had it preboxed, told the woman at the counter I wanted to send it the cheapest way possible. Explained I would re package it if it made it cheaper with what they had at their post office. She told me the cheapest way I could do that would be to send it priority in their smallest box “if it fit” and it would be their base price of $7 and some change. I knew something felt off so I declined and went to the post office in Cullman. They directed me and told me I could used a bubble mailer and saved me money. This isn’t the first time this has happened and is annoying I had to go somewhere else.

Edit: a year later. I gave this post office another try and definitely use them frequently now. The new people there are extremely helpful and knowledgeable! There is one woman in particular that is always there when I go in, and she always helps me find the most cost effective way to ship my mail!

Best post office around. charlotte is always helpful and friendly. I bypass other offices just to come where I know they are friendly and will help you.

This is the only office I could find to answer their phone. They were very nice and informative. I call my local office for two days still haven’t been able contact them in Hartselle.

Charlotte, Melinda and my delivery woman Ms. Mary are so wonderful. They are the most friendly people and know their stuff!

Staff are friendly and helpful. If you are a stamp collector this location usually has a great selection.
