Best Western Plus Madison-Huntsville Hotel

I have stayed at the Best Western Plus Huntsville Madison several times and each one has been a wonderful experience! The updated guestrooms are clean and comfortable. Loved the flooring! The breakfast offers enough options for you to feel like you're eating in a different restaurant every day! Those things alone are well worth the money, but the staff is an added bonus! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and I felt like they really cared about my stay!

Hands down 5 star service, and hospitality! Best Hot breakfast! You will be greeted with a friendly smile and they will be on top of anything! They are marvelous from check in to check out! Amazing team! And I had a large group!!!

I could rate more than 5 starts if it’s available. Feel welcoming when check in on the first day. The service by the receptionist and housekeeper were doing best and the breakfast served was also delicious, not much choices tho.

The rooms were old and dated. I stay for insurance purposes and my room was cleaned one time. I was sitting in the my 2024 Cadillac ct5-v and a lady with a dog called security..so I had to go in because they said she lives there. Lives there..oh my.
One bumbling female hotel clerk tried to charge me $215 a night when I had been staying there for $125 for 6 days already. After she was corrected..the next day she checked me out because I asked about house keeping. So so disappointed and have so much more negative stuff but I choose to stop here. Don't stay here.

Good value. Clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly service. Decent on site gym plus an provided off site gym that I didn't go see. The facility is dated, but who cares. Beds and pillows are comfy enough. Best value in the whole area. Restaurant was closed for renovation when I was there.

I been staying here going on almost two weeks waiting to move into my new apartment and the service here has been amazing! Although the whole staff is so sweet , I had to leave a review for the front desk lady name Courtesy. She been so helpful throughout my stay here and made sure my family is getting the best service ever! Also, the guy that work late night front desk as well! (don’t know his name) The breakfast every morning I give a 10/10. Oh I can’t forget the housekeeping team…baby they make sure this hotel stay clean and sanitized. I appreciate the whole staff and I highly do recommend Best Western Hotel to anyone that is new or old to the Huntsville/ Madison area!

The customer service manager and owner here likely wrote the manual that’s now used by Chik-fil-a and The Four Seasons.

The gracious hosts at The Best Western Plus in Madison accommodated our large group on several occasions on our visits to Huntsville.

We generally only travel to this place for work related events - but if you’re there, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This is a well managed hotel in a great location with friendly staff. The free breakfast is above average. All amenities like the fitness center, pool, hot tub, and laundry room etc.. are well maintained and worked as intended. The on-site restaurant and bar was very reasonably priced and tasty. The location is close to the airport with a Waffle house, Chinese buffet, steakhouse and fast food locations within walking distance and if you need to go somewhere the hotel offers a free shuttle anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel. The internet was ridiculously fast with speeds over 500 mb/s. The beds are comfy and the flat screens are what you’d expect from a hotel. This is definitely the best hotel in this price range in the Madison/ Huntsville area. There is nothing more I could ask for from this hotel. This is an example of how a hotel should be ran and how staff should treat their guests. Shout out to all staff and management for setting the bar high and exceeding expectations.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hote. It is conveniently located near the highway. The hotel is clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There is a restaurant/bar on the premises and I was able to order food online and just walk down the hall to pick it up. We would definitely stay here again.

Had the absolute best breakfast that I've had in a hotel! Real scramble eggs with cheese. Plump, juicy real sausage.
What do other hotels make their scrambled "eggs" with??!

Stayed 2 nights while in town for an event. The receptionist at check-in (Sarah, I believe) was a delight and very patient. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Overall, very pleased with our stay and would definitely come back.

I had a overall wonderful experience. From Desk, guest Services, Shuttle Drivers (Savage was excellent) . It's centrally location makes it great walking distance to most of our favorite restaurants or stores. Thank you all at BEST WESTERN.

Great breakfast unfound in the USA in most places room was clean price was right truckdrivers 99 a night.

This was my second stay at this hotel, my son actually requested that we stay here when we came into the Madison/Huntsville area.

Everyone here is super friendly, the breakfast is always amazing at every Best Western I've stayed at.

The only reason the room got a 4 star is the door had to basically be slammed in order to close fully and I hate all the door slamming in hotels and now I was doing it.

The staff here are fabulous-friendly and helpful. The rooms and guest areas are clean and kept that way. The coffee is delicious and is available at all times (along with water).. Breakfast is plentiful, hot, and delicious. Great place to stay for a reasonable price that’s conveniently located to all you want to do.

I love this hotel, everything is perfect, and the breakfast is amazing compared to other hotels ive been to for the same price. Also the rooms are very clean and the housekeepers are very respectful and do really good at cleaning the rooms and are very fast at doing it.

Let me tell yall about Jim in the kitchen. I ordered a pizza and after waiting 2.5 hours for dominos to get here and tell me I had to come down to the lobby, he saved my day. I had already asked dominos if they would bring my food to my room because I’d had my shower etc. they said yes of course! Then they refused…and I’m sure that pizza was cold.
Anyway I called Jim in the hotel kitchen after no luck with dominos. He was about to close but made me a delicious baked potato and brought it to me. I hadn’t eaten all day and worked a long day traveling, and he saved me. I was honestly worried to leave my room late at night alone…and I didn’t have to. Thank you Jim for being amazing. Someone give this man a raise!!
