I was in lowes the other day looking for items to repair a water line at my home. The gentleman in the plumbing section was so knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting me in finding everything I needed. He took time and answered all my many questions. The customer service was amazing. Thank you again sir.

This lowes is an amazing store. It is walking distance from my hotel. The battery in my vintage Casio PQ 6 alarm clock went dead and it is an odd ball battery. This store has the battery in stock and reasonably priced too. Now thanks to this store I will not be late for work because my alarm clock will now work. Store was very clean and the staff is friendly as well

Princeton Lowes is a great place to shop! Always come back every spring to get my flowers and garden supplies, well organized and clean and friendly people work here

Love the store, hated the cashier. Honest to God is it to much to ask for people to just do their job???
Purple hair, no acknowledgement that we were trying to check out. Never even looked up at us...not once through the whole transaction. She was to busy looking at her phone. No hi, bye, have a nice day, kiss my a**...nothing.
But the store itself was nice, found everything we needed and the bathroom was clean.

I want to thank Jeannie from the Mill work Department for her help in me to work out the details of my purchase of a stove.
Now that might sound strange but I called and called and the phone rang and rang and she picked up the call and organized everything for me as today was the last day of the sale of the stove I was buying. Things have really changed especially in these covid times, but she made the time ( I know she was really busy) to go over everything and assure me the discount was applied and the delivery arranged. My vote is to make her Manager (only if she wants to be :) and Merry Christmas to you!!!! Karen O

Went there today found what I was looking for and it worked great the cashier at the wood side she was very nice and supportive thanks dont remember her name but will remember her face thanks

The only bad thing is I use Ryobi tools & they don't carry any of them

Saturday I stopped by to pick up 2 items. I walked and walked, asked 4 separate employees for help. Showed each the pictures with item number. Not a one assisted me. Just said "go here" or "go there" and finally last lady says that is only online. I knew this NOT TRUE! Exhausted, I returned to my car. I called "curbside pick up" and I was greeted by a super nice lady named Sarah! SARAH NOT ONLY LISTENED, BUT APOLOGIZED, TOO ITEM NUMBER , LOOKED UP ITEM, CONFIRMED, WENT AND GOT THEM, CALLED ME AND I WENT IN AND PAID, THEN SHE AND COLT LOADED THEM UP FOR ME!!!! SHE WAS WONDDRFUL! MAYBE SHE SHOULD TRAIN THE REST OF YOUR EMPLOYEES ON GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE CAUSE SHE IS WONDERFUL. I KNOW. I HAVE WORKED RETAIL AND I KNOW SHE IS ONLY ONE I ENCOUNTERED WHO KNOWS HOW TO TREAT HUMANS!

They have everything you could be looking for when it comes to home renovations, projects and crafts. My Honey and I built our own hot tub with supplies from here. The customer service experience is always great and if they don't have it, they can order it!

Didn't wait in line at the checkout. Just used the lowes app tip scan my items into my "cart", paid and the completed order number pops up on the screen so you can show someone on the way out if asked. It even included my 10% military discount! Hassle free!!

This store had exactly what I needed. The product was perfect and location was right were the web site said it would be. Well done!

Great parking. Love the Military Veterans Parking so I don’t have to walk as far to the store. Staff is the best. Great experience.

First of all this location is always clean and orderly. Lowe's always gives a 10% Military Discount. You don't have to show your military ID because it is now integrated into my My Lowe's card. Now even with the self checkout lanes you even get the discount there by scanning your MY Lowe's barcode & the machine thanks me for my Military service verbally. That's a great personal touch. I highly recommend Lowe's to ALL!

The employees were very nice very helpful they helped me get some product I needed and help me load it in my vehicle and their prices are moderate

Walked me right through using there online order pick up lockers. The drive there and back is just beautiful.

Need more people in the areas to answer questions.

Employees asked if I needed assistance as I selected what item I was shopping to select...
Two employees used proper safety practice and cut my board in the dementions requested and were happy to do so...
A welcome change from the attitudes you get from employees of some of the larger big box stores, some based in Arkansas...
Anyway, no wait for checking out and the end result was boards that fit exactly as expected with the exact cut by the helpful employees...
