Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Princeton

The room was clean and pretty. Everything in the bathroom worked well and I took a nice hot bath. I have no complaints. The staff was kind and helpful. The price was right.
The room was quiet because the hotel is back off the main road. I'll stay here again if I pass this way.

We dtay in Princeton 6 to 7 times a year and this is always our go to hotel. The staff is amazing. They honestly care about their guest and making sure they have everything they need during their stay. The rooms are always clean and well stocked.

Nice clean rooms, Friendly staff, good mix of hot and cold breakfast. Nice location with plenty of choices to grab something to eat all around.
Beds were pretty comfortable.
Breakfast hot and cold cereal, egg and sausage sandwiches, waffles, fruits, bagels, toast, muffins juices coffee, milk.

Grateful for the staff. Rooms are nice. Peaceful atmosphere. The young lady Kachina at the front desk is polite, helpful, kind , and a sweetheart!!!!!

Room was clean and we slept well after asking for a 4th pillow. Staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was disappointing... no eggs or meat, only cereal,waffles, yogurt and pastries.

I came here and stayed the weekend about two months and this place was in bad shape. But I just stayed this past Saturday night and and I’m impressed! My room was clean, the girl at the front desk was very nice. I met the management team, and all I can say is that Savanna and Joanna make a great team. I will definitely be back.

The front end management was great, miss Tiffany was wonderful and full of good spirit, housekeeping was timely and efficient. Overall, I will definitely be back and hope the owners keep the staff I was experienced with.

We are having an awesome experience at this microtel Nicole and Shirley were amazing! They did everything possible to accommodate us and went far and beyond the room was nice and clean. The staff is very generous and patient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Princeton, WV. In fact we're so pleased that we are still there and could not wait to give them a good review. Keep up the good work!

Service was great! Logan was amazing! Room was very clean! Breakfast could’ve been more stocked, but other than that it was good

The staff went the extra 10 miles! I lost my father, and was traveling to handle his arrangements. The overnight desk clerk resolved a noise issue with haste, and the manager assisted with helping me complete paperwork for an issue with the funeral home.
The room was comfortable, clean, and all the amenities worked perfectly!
The hotel was near shopping, food, and entertainment.
I simply can't recommend this Microtel enough!

I was here for 6 weeks for work and had 7 other rooms for my workers. All of our rooms were very clean and sanitary in this age of the”Covid.” The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice! Jacob and his staff are great and if there ever was an issue it was fixed right away!! Definitely a great place to stay for a night or for 6 weeks!

Very pleased - extremely clean in general, our room was well appointed and on-par with (if not actually nicer than, in some ways!) other much more expensive hotels we have stayed at in the past. Staff was polite and professional. Breakfast was compact but certainly adequate, well stocked, and clean. We will be returning to the Microtel chain, unbeatable for the price we paid!

Our stay here was excellent. Suzanne, the manager, was unbelievable; a real professional. She helped find the best rate and deals for our ski trip and was proactive in discounts. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. Absolute pleasure to stay there and will do so on the future. Highly recommend for families.

They are very clean. Period. I love clean and they are that and a bag of chips. In my experience the younger staffs don't seem to know how to run a hotel. Not these kids. There game is tight. Whether they learned at home or out in the field they have excelled and understand hospitality. It wasn't that crowded when I was there. They're kind of tucked away in a corner so if you don't look them up on the website or stumble on to them while driving by you wouldn't know. I'd stay there in a heartbeat.

Had an issue with AC but was fixed asap so my husband and I had a great nights sleep. The front desk clerk was a sweetheart. Give her a raise and don't forget the maids they deserve raises as well! Not pushy at all to get you out so they can clean the room. Loved it there! Definitely recommend.

Very good customer service, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. We paid $72 and although it's a little pricey it was worth it. Pool was super warm, perfect for the cold weather. Hot tub was splendidly hot and both were clean. Front desk guy was a sweetheart and upgraded our room without us even asking and took his time talking with us checking us in. I've been here twice now, was just as impressed last time, and plan on returning in the future.

The hotel is located just off the interstate, but there was no noise noticed from our room located on the side closest to the highway. When we checked in, the front desk person was extremely polite, welcoming and accommodating - we couldn't have had a better check-in service. We were able to use the pool/hot-tub amenity which found in good repair and functional. The hot-tub temperature was just right and the experience was relaxing. The room itself was more than adequate with plenty of space and towels for everyone. Breakfast was a nice mix of cold and hot (including waffles) with a good mix of drinks. Check out was just as easy and pleasing as check-in.

They were paving the parking lot, so had to maneuver around paving equipment and truck. Geneva was great! She resolved my billing issue when the manager was not on grounds. Would stay again. Nice clean room, pool was small. Overall I recommend!

Very nice room! Clean and comfy. When you walk into the hotel the hotel smells like it's just been mopped every time so it smells nice and clean. Non smoking and everyone is nice and helpful. I'd stay again for sure!

Location was real easy to get to from the freeway, in my opinion. Prices are a bit much for a Microtel, moreso for a single bed, but the room and bathroom were extremely clean. After the last hotel mishap (a Super 8 with bed bugs!!), I had to check every nook and cranny to make sure it was bug free. It was. I won't lie, I'm real tired of bagged breakfasts, but what can you do with Covid, right? All in all it was a pleasant experience. I'd sleep there again.
