McDonald's

I’m from out of town just visiting friends, and I got breakfast here two days in a row. It was so good the first day that I came back for seconds lol. All of the staff were kind, and whoever makes the lattes has a gift. Excited for my next visit here! :)

Every time I order a Mcflurry from this place it's always ice-cream with oreo placed on top and never mixed , which is aggravating bc it doesn't take 5 seconds to mix it thru out for what the cost is of these things now days and how small they are. But other then that it's fast food! Good place to go

Kids loved it! There is an African American women there she told me her name she has short hair but she was very helpful and respectful good service over all i appreciate her very much im sorry i did not remember the name my kids got the best of my attention keep up the good work and fir what you do have a wonderful day 😊

I always go through the drive thru and use my mobile app it's easy and friendly service. My last visit even with the wait I still got everything and it was hot and fresh. Not ever Vista is the best but also any time I've addressed a issue it was easily fixed.

I know most fast food places are “all the same”, but this McDonald’s location was one of the best I’ve come across in recent memory. It’s obviously a new or recently remodeled location, but it is also very well managed and clean. I dined in and my food arrived quickly. I quickly noticed that all of the tables in the dining area were clean, so I didn’t have to search as you normally do in a McDonald’s or other fast food places for a clean place to sit. Also, as I was eating, an employee was going around making sure the tables were all clean, so they obviously make cleanliness a priority here. Thank you for this.

I don't know if they were having intercom issues or if the gal was having a bad day but communication was rough. The food however was so very fresh. The English muffins were so soft. Great food experience!

Quick, friendly, and an easy meal on a road trip. How could I give a McDonald's anything but a 5 star review when they served me a boot shaped chicken nugget?

My name is Denise Williams. MY husband's family has owned a McDonald's for 20 years. When they still owned it I was general manager for 15 years. I'm here to give praise and show some jealousy. I dined in and the gentlemen "Aaron" took our order this Easter Sunday. I noticed he missed an item asked for after he read my order back. He smiled and said I do apologize let me fix that. He asked for a manager and she explained it was his fifth day of training. Has extremely polite very knowledgeable for someone on their 5th day of training. As we ate we saw this man take dine in orders while also working the drive thru head set. It was very busy. Here's the thing. He also cleaned the lobby, took out the trash and cleaned the bathrooms in a quick and timely manner. They had him running food to third pick up window and curbside. We saw him making specialty drinks helping with fry side and bagging. For an obviously short staffed store, what an amazing employee you have with Aaron. This is an example of an asset any company would be lucky to have and a star employee. So to the McDonald's store on oakvale road in a town called princeton in west virginia, please recognize the gem you have with Mr Aaron. If he's not going into management or getting lined up for even a General manager in your district, I would be shocked and disappointed. Again, you have quite an asset with this employee. Please show your appreciation to him, and bring to his attention that even your customers notice how wonderful he truly is. We would happily come back and direct anyone to this store to to be treated as a customer should be treated like Aaron did with us. If we still had our store I would PAY to have that man come to my store to show our employees how it's done. Thank you for the wonderful experience and the amazing show we got out of Aaron.

Went through the drive thru last night. We set over a hour and they still forgot somethings. Alot of vehicles were pulling out after waiting for awhile. This is one of the better Mcds. Updated building. Friendly people my only complaint is, the waits are long. And there probably going to forget something!

The Big Mac was the best that I've had in a long time it was hot and had lots of sauce and the fries were hot

We got two twenty piece nuggets, 2 large fries and a crispy chicken sandwich. Was 20 something all together. Not bad for the amount of food. I was happy to see that they had hot mustard. I've always loved hot mustard on my McDonald's nuggets and haven't had it in a really long time. I was pretty happy to have that again. Wish more places had it. All together it was just an average McDonald's stop during a road trip. The availability of the hot mustard secured it at a 5 star.

Friendly polite staff and table service.. who knew McDonald's had table service. Stopped for a quick bit while passing through town. Pleasantly surprised. Either brand new or recently completely renovated. Either way, clean and bright. Will be adding this place to our list of good places for a quick bite.

Just grabbed some quick breakfast on the way out. Food was excellent and service was excellent. I think everybody comes in with an idea of what they're experience should be on a McDonald's and sometimes I surprise you and sometimes they disappoint you. it seems to me over the years I've noticed that the McDonald's that are near the interstates seem to run much better. This was definitely one of those times. So I say well done!

New facility, folks behind the counter were great, food was solid. Play place is new as well, kids were able to burn off some much needed energy. Just got out of a 2 hour traffic jam on 77, there were a lot of rude customers that the staff handled exceptionally well. Top shelf McDs.
