This McDonald's is one of my favorites and always will be. When fully staffed, you can get through the drive thru in minutes. Service is always friendly, respectful, and helpful. They almost never miss anything on an order and never forget to service the customers that they put in pickup spots. Much love to all the employees.

Both are great but once n while u get the lazy cooks n food not seasoned a bit.

They mess up your orders

I grab a biscuit and coffee every morning. To the extent that half my order is on the board as soon as I pull up. Staff is typically friendly, some more then others, but who is really happy at 6am. Lol.

They were very busy on a Saturday morning. There were 10 or so people working very hard lead by a young man with blonde hair. Excellent job. Food was good.

The line moved really quickly as usual. This location seems to have its act together.

I only ordered 2 coffees (large) They asked if I wanted cream or sugar. Cream in both Please and they actually added the cream for us so no fumbling in the car to open those little creamer pods. VERY nice!!

Staff was great..even though we showed up and ordered 60 chicken nuggets and 3 baskets of fries without calling ahead, the wait was minimal and the young lady who took care of us was nice and provided us with an assortment of sauces.

Our school stopped by for breakfast on the way home from a trip. 2 large busses, 80-100 teens. This McDonalds served them quickly and had a good attitude while doing it. Great job!

After going past a rest area that had no facilities, We popped into this McDonald’s to use the restroom and order a bite to eat. It was very clean and the two young people at the register were probably the nicest young people you could ever meet and they really made the experience that much better. Everything was hot and received in a timely manner. Thank you

Food was prepared fresh and was made correctly on the first try...
Even the fries were hot and believe it or not, they put napkins, not just one or two, but several and that made the entire stop worthwhile...
Late night menu, late and all night service...
For late night, this is about it but I'm thinking that you will be happy with your stop here...

Went through the drive-thru to get a coffee and 2 Apple pies. The lady at the 1st window said the Apple pies were still being made would I like a different flavor. I asked her if I could just wait on the Apple pies. She said yes and the manager heard our conversation and told her to promo my pies since I had to wait. I told them it was fine, and didn't mind waiting. He insisted and not charging me for the pies. Now that is really great costumer service. Not that they were free, but trying to make sure the costumer was happy. Other staff could take cues from him. A+ visit.

We went through the drive through about 20 minutes ago and I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe. When I started eating it, I realized it was very pink in the middle. My husband called the Stafford Drive location and spoke with Justin. Justin was very professional explaining that unfortunately it happens at times with the new process and offered to replace my burger. I know most people would give 1 star if their food weren't cooked correctly but I am giving 5 stars because Justin was very quick to remedy the issue. You have my sincerest appreciation and thank you for training your crew on the right way to treat their customers.

The fastest drive thru I've ever seen!!! They got two lanes going but never mess up my order, and I love the any size soft drink for $1.

Very fast McDonald’s! Friendly and polite customer service. Dual drive thru which is very fast, 4 online order parking spaces as well. Plenty of parking all around if the lot itself is full, being there is huge parking lots at Roses and surround businesses. Public restrooms are available as well as self order kiosks inside! Busy during school hours because Princeton High is right in front of it.

It was awesome! The food was hot and great and fast!!!

They have great deals if you have the app.

Only will go to McDonald's via app. You need to as well. Much cheaper

My family and I were passing through Princeton recently, visited this McDonald's location and we were served by Sarah.

As I gave Sarah my order, she suggested ways I could purchase the items I wanted and save money at the same time. Throughout our entire order she made 3 different suggestions which by the end of the transaction had saved us over $6.00.

It isn't very often that you get good friendly service, a clean environment, good food and suggestions to save money while eating at an establishment. Sarah and the crew at McDonald's on Stratford Drive in Princeton, WV provided all of the above with excellence.

Sarah is raising the bar on McDonald's customer service!

Food is always out in a timely manner, people are always nice, and the app is fantastic!
