Quality Inn

I have been staying at the Quality Inn for 2 weeks and have enjoyed everything about the motel. Very clean and comfortable. The Assistant General Manaer, Tia, is always ready to meet the needs of every guest with a warm, smile and friendly personality. She is very professional. She is willing to accomadate the needs of every guest to.. She has made sure I have everything I need. She works hard to make sure the whole motel experience is warm and inviting to the guests! The staff here is great. It is quiet and peaceful. The breakfast is great!! Always fresh and hot!! Pet friendly and welcomes animals. Bed is comfortable and clean. Nice, clean rooms. They go above and beyond to help the guests feel right at home. Plenty of parking is available. I love it here!!

Had the best stay in a time of need. We had car troubles and the hotel Manager and staff really provided great customer service, while we waited on a tow. The breakfast was delicious and well cleaned. The manager made sure everything went smooth! Thank you! :)

Price was right! However there was an odd smell in the hallway and room. Also the bathroom door would not close. Bed was comfy and the breakfast hit the spot

Perfect hotel for the price. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Gym had dumbbells and a treadmill for my workout. I give it 8 out of 10 and 5 stars for staff. My only complaint is my wife kept the room too cold!

Came in around 11AM from out road-trip and they had a room ready and they are pet friendly. They had good breakfast and the waffles are good.

Sonya was so friendly at check-in and even personally checked our room. Mattresses were super comfy with three fluffy pillows per bed! Plenty of clean towels. Becky, the general manager, was very friendly and welcoming when we checked out. Sonya was still there in the morning and gave super service! We will be back.

Stayed here due to breakdown of our vehicle. This might not be some high dollar, fancy hotel, but our stay here was great. The staff here are such nice folks. The manager is such a nice lady, and totally does an amazing job taking care of this place and the guests. We had some major issues with the third party site that we booked the room through and the front desk and manager were completely understanding and helpful while I spent five hours trying to sort it out. (Did finally get it sorted, and will never use Traveluro again) Would 100% stay here again if I needed to.

The staff was super friendly, seemed to be family-owned. Very good atmosphere. Rooms were very clean. Would definitely stop there in the future.

Great beds!! Very clean and accommodating for a sleep and for travellers to stop for a night. Free breakfast? Well packaged muffins and packaged porridge? And juice and milk. Would have liked more of a variety.. maybe fruit?

The room was just right for our stay, though the bed was a bit stiffer feeling than I would have liked, the pillows were excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, though the eggs were just a bit more watery than I would have preferred. Everything was clean and well cared for. I would definitely be willing to stay in this hotel again.

Very friendly and helpful front desk. Newly painted, room was clean and smelled good. No smoky or stale smells. Great price compared to some of the other chains in the area. Fridge, small microwave and in room coffee maker (not a keurig). Walking distance to sit down or fast food, close to highway and gas. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

You can hear road noise but we used it for a grab sleep on a pass through and it was a good value for the money.

The room was nice and clean. The front desk lady Sonja Bailes was amazing. She also let me check in quite late at night and was very friendly throughout the process.

Wonderfully easy check in with Lacey, the room was really clean, with microwave n mini fridge, and SUPER comfy beds!!! We slept like babies! Learned it was a pet friendly hotel, so we may bring our dog next time!

I searched the area quickly driving to Charlotte after work. We decided to stop half way. It was a nice area it seemed. I was not there long but the room was really nice. A bit more expensive than we like but not too bad. Its a nice room which makes up for it somewhat. When we stay just for a few hours sleep we like cheap and just no bugs. Nothing to complain about really here.

I stay at this hotel a couple of times a month. Always clean and the staff is phenomenal. Always feels like home.

This place is great! I'm a clean freak and have zero issues with the cleanliness. Front desk lady was very nice when I arrived. Will stay again for sure next time I'm in the area. I'm about to have a great nights sleep on what feels like a new mattress.

Room 102

Good value, great for an overnight stop on a long drive. Conveniently located near the highway. Room was clean and quiet. Pet friendly with a small pet fee. Grab and go breakfast had an apple, an orange and a pop tart in addition to the requiste granola bar.

Nick and the staff were great!!!! Made sure I had everything I needed for my visit back to my hometown area. Room was nice and clean, the bed was awesome, definitely would reccomend this hotel to the weary traveler or passer through.
