Hampton Inn Princeton

We had a wonderful stay here. Tiffany and Maggie get a huge shout out for making us feel right at home! They were amazing and went out of their way to accommodate our family of 5. Breakfast was great and there are plenty of restaurants and gas options nearby. Overall, this hotel features friendly staff, clean facilities, is kid friendly and a great location!

All Hampton are great but this one is particularly super. Conveniently located by major highway so
It’s an easy off and on as you drive through the area. The staff has always been extremely helpful and provide great customer service. They are flexible with your needs. The lobby and common area was clean and neat portraying it is well kept. Housekeeping is a great fun group and goes out of their way to accommodate customer needs. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

You can hear everything outside your room but besides that it's great. We love breakfast and we love the service. You guys rock ♥

We stayed there during the Christmas holiday to be by family. It was wonderful! The staff was great, it was so clean, would definitely stay there again!!!!!

Very typical experience. Only one problem. The biscuits at breakfast were hard so I used bread instead. I did like having a chase instead of a regular chair. It was good to be able to put my feet up to read without having to be on the bed.

The whole family enjoyed our stay when traveling through from our beach trip. My grandsons enjoyed the waffles for breakfast. All the staff from check-in to check-out had always asked if we needed anything. The hotel has been recently remodeled.

First time visiting Princeton West Virginia. The main reason for visiting was the Sandstone Falls and Painted Wall Murals in downtown Princeton. Check-in went smoothly, and the room I requested was honored. Room was clean and appealing. Yea, this hotel has its share bumps and bruises. But the staff here keeps her running in tip-top shape. WiFi should be upgraded, as a Diamond Member. The best I could manage was 48MPS in the room. Grounds are kept well and cleaned regularly. Thank You for an enjoyable stay.

Very pleasantly surprised and how nice the Hampton was. We have stayed at plenty of hotels and although this isn't considered a luxury hotel, it was very comfortable and roomy. Breakfast buffet was really good as well. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. Texas steakhouse right next door and that was delicious too!

Great location just off the freeway. Front desk staff was very nice. The room was very spacious and had a good sleep.
Breakfast is usual Hampton, fresh, tasty and lot to choose from. Would stay again!

The rooms were clean and we had plenty of towels. No funky, musty odor which was a huge plus!

Good thermostat on the wall to adjust the temperature, worked quickly.

There was a big hook on the wall outside the bathroom which was nice to reuse towels.

The closet took us a minute to find. It was next to the window; the door was a curtain. It was long and shallow with a shelf which was perfect. Plenty of hangers and hooks to hang up toiletry bags so they did not have to take bathroom counter space.

Breakfast was standard fare. The attendant was very quick to replenish items and kept the area very clean. The sausage was tasty both days. The potatoes looked gray to me so I could not bring myself to even try them. The egg choices both days were so-so, the regular waffle maker was broken so they had a waffle maker with 4 small waffles, not my preference but my son liked it. They had regular waffle mix along with blueberry mix. The juices were very good. They also had coffee, boiled eggs, yogurt, toast, muffins, oatmeal, and plenty of cereal bowl options.

The shower had low pressure, but not a huge deal.

We were on the highway side on the 4th floor. I never heard the highway at night, but awake I could hear semi's shifting gears. If you are a light sleeper I would ask for the other side of the hotel.

They removed the business center, but the front desk staff said I could use their printer if needed. I opted not to, but thought that was very kind.

We showed up randomly at the tail end of our honeymoon and the staff was absolutely amazing. Great people and the room was perfect. Nice and clean with a huge bathroom... but to me... it was all about the super friendly staff and management that made us feel special.. they went above and beyond and we will never forget how awesome they were. Southern hospitality at its finest. We cannot thank you enough!!!

The staff was amazing. In this day and time that is rarely the case. From the front desk staff, to housekeeping, the breakfast attendant, to the General Manager, everyone was happy and polite. We stayed overnight while driving our son cross country for college. He left his air pods in the room. While he had the case, the pods were left in the bathroom on a white towel. We thought they were lost, until the GM called us to let us know they were found by housekeeping and would be mailed back to us. Crazy good customer service. You will not be disappointed here!

Very clean, quiet, and in good condition. Got very good assistance from the desk staff. Breakfast was good - the standard Hampton Inn selection. It suspect this is the best hotel in this area.

Room clean! Staff and breakfast very good. Bathroom was clean but could use an update. We were in room 410, bathroom floor tile and shelves need some attention. We would go again! Convenient to steakhouse and Starbucks!!

I stopped for a quick overnighter. Room was nice and cool. And a gift bag (for being a diamond member) was waiting, had a bunch of snacks and 2 waters 👍. Also with the bag was a sweet hand written note from the manager, she left her cell number just in case. First hotel I stayed at where I got this kind of service. Great stay.
