Always a very relaxing time! Beautiful place also!!
There is a canoe launch here, but you must be in good shape physically.
There is a VERY steep hill where you launch your canoe. There are 3 picnic tables. A very peaceful place.

I've been visiting this park for 60 plus years. There were years in between when it wasn't maintained.
My family and I are so thankful the park has been greatly improved!
I had a lovely time there today.
One thing that bothered me, was where we saw trash on the ground, only a few feet from the trash can.

Picnic areas and grills, a place to hike when the waters low and to fish otherwise, camping allowed, right off the highway so a bit noisy. No public bathroom facilities, utilize leave no trace methods! Tva property

Nice park but NO easy way to launch a kayak or canoe there on the Flint Creek. Disappointed with that, so I took my kayak further north to a different launch that had easy water access.

Good fishing but lots of trees down across the water can't conoe very far
