A great place that will hold you accountable. A lot of people see that as a negative, I see it as a positive as at most places your like a cow run through a line...they aren't like that. They know your name.

I love the doctor that takes care of me she's so caring in it and when I run out of medicine and it's not time for me to see her again she'll make sure I have it

They set up appointments and call you to remind you about them and then when you get up and get ready for the appointments and you take time of your schedule and go to the zoom meeting, you get kicked out. I recieved phone call reminders and text messages for an appointment and then i call and they tell me I don't have one. My child had already waited a month to see the psychiatrist for her situation and I'd just like to know where the appointment went. How you just cancel on someone last minute or deleted it. Whatever happened. I'm finding someone else.

So now if you do a urine test they have you pee in a coffee cup, then pour it into the test cup. Leaving no room at all for any contamination. NOT

My physiatrist here Misty Meadows, was amazing. Her nurse, and the front desk, however were absolutely awful. Front desk gave me the wrong time for multiple different appointments making me miss and reschedule, even though THEY told me the time for the appointment on a card. Somehow I was the one in the wrong?
The nurse would not respond to calls when I was having issue with prescriptions for up to a week.
I just had to go a month without prescriptions because of a rule on telehealth the government was PLANNING on doing, when the rule was pushed back I was NOT notified
and only found out that the rule was pushed back from my new doctor. It's so disheartening that the only places for mental health in WV are all held to such low standards

I have Complex PTSD. Was patient profiled as an addict. My counselor didn't even know what "gaslighting" was. Not to mention she was rude and indifferent. Reminded me of another experience I had here where the counselor preached religion to me. But I was dumb enough to go back I guess.
Staffed with pseudo professionals just like most other businesses in this area.

When I was at the crisis stabilization unit all they talked about was opioid addiction, nothing to do with what I'm going through and they wanted to push pills

A doctor talked to me for 4 minutes and diagnosed me with generalized anxiety, PTSD, and major depression. He wrote 5 prescription, none of them helped. Is he so good he could figure that out in 4 minutes? No, my guess is those are the conditions they get paid the most for treating. Don't trust this place, you'll regret it

Come home absolutely livid. medications not filled not in my bag. i was told "they werent sent in to take it up with my doctor". is their something im missing here or some type of discrimination against me? i wont be at my next appointment to let em know this a health insurance racket.

I've been without my medication over a month and I had so many issue's without when I get scheduled for my appointments. Then they turn around and say they never got me in when I have every appointment cards and still can't do there job's right!!!!

I have server Depression and anxiety and I have told them many time's I can NOT go without my med's that helps me with my mental health!!!!

They need to better because they are awful and don't seem to care about people. I've had family members and friend's that have multiple complaint's with issue's as well.

I'm still waiting a call and nothing and I have to call over and over and they do not care or take anything serious when it come's to people who struggle with mental health!!!!!

DO BETTER BECAUSE THIS IS REDICULOUS AND SAD. I and whoever else care's and take's there mental health serious

Doctor here told me they was prescribing my meds, drug store didn't get any prescriptions and then i called 15 times over two weeks. Receptionist kept telling me the doctor would call back, now i tried a new doctor that's requiring me to do an intake here, because apparently he wants to change my meds, the only ones that have worked for me after 22years of going in and out of inpatient treatment, ive tried 8 different doctors in the past 2years and i keep getting the run around, guess i'm going to have to do impatient treatment again during covid, cause they can't even be bothered to pick up a phone
