Appalachian Eye Care

This place has very advanced equipment to check for early signs of glaucoma and other similar eye conditions. The tests are advertised appropriately as extra cost not cover by insurance, but they are reasonably priced. They were able to schedule an appointment for me 1 week in advance though I think I got lucky. The staff is very kind an informative and the pricing is very fair. The facility is also very clean and looks very new and modern. The eye doctor also cleaned the machines with disinfectant before use.

Good eye exam by Dr Hansen. Friendly staff from the time you walk in until you leave. Very helpful getting what you need whether it be contacts or glasses. Office is also very clean and neat. Would definitely recommend to get your eye exam here.

It was a good visit. Dr. Lane cares about his patients and is interested in what you have to say and listens. The girl that did my testing before I saw Dr. Lane was great, personality plus. The one that works with your glasses is interested in getting them right.

Dr. McKenzie and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The wait wasn’t long at all despite them being so busy and yet the exam was very thorough. I highly recommend.

Everything was great from the minute we entered. Staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The Doctors were compassionate, helpful, and knowledgeable and explained everything so that we could actually comprehend. We will back!

Everyone there was so nice and answered my questions with sincere thoughtfulness. They seemed to be very concerned about ME and my concerns. Loved the girls that took all the tests on my eyes and the doctor was superb. They are definitely a keeper. Keep up the great work. And stay in our hometown.

All tests were explained to me. Staff was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. I felt comfortable and felt I had a very thorough examination.

I've been there several times and just recently. They are so caring, easy to talk to and explain everything in detail! I highly reccommend them.

We love Appalachian Eye Care! I have been going myself for years and my son has been going since he was old enough for an exam. Dr. Lane is wonderful with him and the staff really cares about their patients.

Great place to get an eye exam, Dr. Hansen is always polite and never in a hurry. When a Dr. takes the time with you in a office you are getting great care.

I'm in my mid 60's and had a surgery last year whereas the surgeon cleaned my left eye socket. For the last couple years I use the inexpensive Dollar Tree reading glasses for close up viewing.
I had a thorough eye exam yesterday and explained to the doctor everything that had gone on with me.
And thank God my eyesight is still almost perfect. Distance, I'm 20/20, Yaay! And the doctor said as long as I'm doing ok with the reading glasses, to keep on keeping on. Didn't try selling me glasses I don't need. That's Outstanding in my opinion.
In today's world, seems like everyone wants your money. I Highly recommend Appalachian Eye Care. Two Thumbs up!
