Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! You must travel down a very narrow dirt/gravel road through the woods, next to a stream to get to these falls, but they are beautiful. The place is fairly isolated and quiet. Bring a camp chair and you can sit and listen to the stream with minimal interruptions. Or, wade into the water. Wild Wonderful WV waterfalls wait for your wondrous wandering.

Visited mid October and the water falls were dry. I believe they might be full just after winter when the snow melts and you have a luscious waterfall, but unfortunately I was not able to experience that this year 2021 October.

Otherwise absolutely stunning views from Mountain top. Amazing trails, with a mix of dirt and some gravel and a few places have rocks, but not a rock type Mountain ride it is mostly dirt, some muddy spots. Lots of creek crossings, and a few waterfall areas to experience.

Mash Fork Falls is a lovely little waterfall located in Camp Creek State Park. On this visit I did an out and back trail run following Turkey Loop trail to White Oak trail to Deer Crossing trail to Kneeley Knob trail to Bear Wallow trail past Campbell Falls and turning and going back instead of going for a loop. Two things you might want to keep in mind if you are traveling on foot, there are a lot of creek crossings on this route and you will get wet feet and the route I did totalled 25 miles so take care of your feet. Also remember that these trails are used by equestrians so be prepared to follow trail etiquette regarding yielding to horses, etc. You will also encounter manure and 'hoof churning' in spots on the trails. The manure is not a danger, just a little inconvenient in some places. There is a beautiful Vista with a picnic table on the Kneely knob trail. Unfortunately, there were several mounds of manure next to the table. I don't mind manure on the trail, but it would be nice if equestrians would take a little time to move their horse's deposits away and to the side of the table area in consideration of other trail users.

We visit frequently. Watch for puddles of butterflies ! Don't recommend the stairs after a rainfall .

A short hiking trail to the falls. The trail is dirt, gravel and rock. If you have trouble walking hills or uneven terrain, this trail is not for you. At sime points the trail is a bit narrow and you have to cross a small bit of running water. Such a beautiful walk!

What an amazing little water fall. The kids played in the creak for a long time. Seen a red newt and bear print.

Updated from three years ago (2020). This is a nice little waterfall to hike, walk, bike, etc... and even drive right up to. This is a very busy park so go early if you like waterfalls without the people pollution!

Beautiful falls! Be sure to veer to the left when you come to the rock at the second fork on the trail and then follow the yellow markers. You're welcome and enjoy!

This is a beautiful little waterfall that you can literally drive up to and has handicap parking! Don't be scared of the dirt road, the area is well maintained and worth the short drive.

We love this area! The falls are beautiful in the spring with lots of water flowing. We like to hike here also with two trails. Both are loop trails, one 2-3 miles, and one 7 - 8 miles. We like to hike up the Turkey Loop Trail for a mile or two. It crosses Mash Creek numerous times. Bring your wet shoes and enjoy the cool water and canopy of the forest.
