First visit here was great! Cool atmosphere outside with a handful of tables overlooking the river. We ordered fish nuggets basket with fries and it was worthy of a second trip. Combine this with the friendly staff and you have yourself a place worthy of your time.

Fantastic place to grab dinner for 2 or the whole family. Kids are welcome during dinner hours. They have slot machines, a pool table, several dart boards, and shuffleboard!! Food is made to order and the fried chicken is hugely popular. Couldn't ask for better service, but if you did want to ask for something the owner is present and most of the time is overseeing the making of everyone's meals! Talk about a family-run business!! Another great supper on Wednesday night! Chicken dinner and a pony shoe! Great service, nice clean dining area with ambience! Family friendly with a bar area, pool table, dart boards and stage for bands or karaoke. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic food! Very nice staff. Had walleye bites & fries. EXCELLENT! My sis had the wings & they were GREAT too. Yes, we'll be back. SOON!

Everything was great! My husband had the walleye, friends had white garlic pizza and I had a grilled chicken salad on a bed of "good" greens; not iceberg lettuce and it was delicious!

50+ years ago, roadhouses like this were popular in New York and Connecticut. Driving up for our first visit on Sunday afternoon brought back those memories. This is an old time roadhouse.
We ordered salads which were fresh and crisp with incredible housemade (so we were told) honey mustard dressing. I had a double cheeseburger which was hot, succulent, and full of flavor. My wife had a baked potato (she's a vegetarian). The service was prompt, friendly, and efficient. Prices were more than reasonable, especially given the quality and amount of food. While we were eating, we watched a pizza being served to another table. We'll go back soon to have one.

Normally a great place. We come from oklahoma to visit family. We always stop and eat the hog balls. The last time tho service was bad and the servings were a 3rd of the size as normal was disappointed. Oh well maybe next time.

Best bar around. From the 1st time we came in(not quite a year ago) we've felt like long time regulars. Good pizza, awesome wings(House rub) and the best friend chicken outside of the South.

Everything I have eating here is great: pizza, Mushrooms, fried pickles, boneless chicken bites (hand cut and beaded large portions)

I read reviews about there chicken.I have to say all them were right.Chicken was very tasty hot probably best iv ever had highly recommend if you want fantastic fried chicken you have to go to sandbar.

We attended a surprise party for my best friend Tatertot. The food here was Awesome, the bartenders were so spot on.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and friendly staff.

Great food friendly people and they had a good band Sunday afternoon. We stayed quite a while had a good time. Band was Betty Whitesnake.

The food is great and great prices and wait staff aregood, buttbut do need more wait staff.

Food is always excellent and beers cold! Great stop on the bike with a fantastic riverfront beer garden.
