Shorty Ryan Park

It is a lovely place to spend time with your family and friends. They have walking trails, basketball, soccer there's something for everyone. If you want to have picnic, they have that covered to. It's great to just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Shorty Ryan Park was named after one of the first land owners plus they named a road in honor of the Ryan's. Shorty was one of the first mayor's there. A little history, it's a really good place... come and enjoy. One important thing I might add is, I wish pets were allowed as long as the pet owner is responsible and keeps up with their pets waste and behavior. There are no signs going into the park but there is one as you leave saying "No Pets Allowed".

This park is excellent. Perfect for small tournaments and practice time for the kiddos.

Me & my brother enjoying our outing in Shorty Ryan Park during Eva Frontier Days & we tried out all trails of the park on the nice sunny day.

It is a very nice park for families and for walking(both on your own and with your dog-be sure to bring bags to pick up after your dog). A nice place for getting together with friends.

Beautiful track to walk on & friendly environment. I absolutely enjoy my walks there daily.
