Brian is a great dude. The apartment I had was the perfect amount of space for me. I was always made known of any maintenance getting done ahead of time and done in a way that never felt invasive of your space. Almost the best deal you can get as a college student in the town

I have lived in many rental houses moving around the country for different college reasons and this is by far the BEST rental property I have ever lived in. Brian is always super responsive and quick if anything goes wrong. He goes above and beyond to fix things immediately. This house is 90 years old, and since I’ve been here (7/2019) he’s replaced all the windows (because some wouldn’t open), a new bathroom floor (because my toilet was leaking) and he has come to spray when I saw a few spiders. He always responds if I have any questions and he allows pets! I would definitely recommend this property management to anyone looking to rent in Emporia.

Brian was a fantastic landlord. Any questions or issues I had were taken care of within the hour. He was very responsive and very reasonable, anyone would be lucky to rent from him. Highly recommend!

Brian is well respected in the community and goes above and beyond to please anyone he is serving. When you do business there will always be those Who feel entitled to have rules bended for them and feel the need to keep asking for more favors to the point you just can't do it anymore. Therefore they feel the need to bash the business rather than speak the truth and just say thank you for doing everything you could to help me be a responsible adult and holding me accountable. Thank you is much better than anger and trashing a business Austn Majors!!!! You were irresponsible and lied and cheated others take ownership. Brian keep doing good things .

Austin-Brian is always willing to work with his renters as long as they pay their rent on time. Also abain by the contract they signed at the time they rented. Enough said so read your contact then you will be embarrassed how you responded...E-Town Properties is a 5 star Company.
